Had the BEST experience yesterday there. The Gentleman that helped me was really wonderful. After dealing with car issues all the day, a very frustrated version of myself came into the shop and the guy helped me immediately. Came out to my car, replaced my battery without complaint and chatted with me the whole time. It really is the small things in life but he turned my entire day around. I just wish I would’ve gotten his name! Thank you sir!
Update: The battery I purchased went bad within 3 weeks, I called them ahead of time to make sure they had another battery in stock (the battery came with a 3 year limited warranty) and anything else I needed to bring with me. They told me just the faulty battery and receipt. I arrived and they replaced it for me without issue. Very smooth process
