Get what you pay for. He was the least expensive, but the work product was cheap. Corners were cut. I had to calk all the downspout connections myself, and screw down the gutter at a couple more spots (as Steve «really preferred» not to make a return visit).
Their poor work causes some landscaping issues for me (as water flowed over the gutter and ruined everything below).
Just know what you are getting yourself into when you pick the least expensive guy.
