Went here based on a Valpak offer that came in the mail. Called the day before and scheduled an appointment for 3PM. My oil change didn’t start for approximately 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled time. Never was given any update or reason for the delay. However they did top off my empty windshield wiper reservoir which wasn’t a stated feature of the $ 16.95 promotion so that was nice. There is a one dollar environmental fee. Oil they use is Kendall which isn’t top shelf in my opinion but it’s not a no name brand either. They didn’t try to hard sell me on things I didn’t need but did note my tires need replaced soon… something my roommate commented on the day before. I’ll probably try them again next time I’m due for service.
