Had a flat tire while traveling. Stopped in on Saturday a few minutes after 1pm. The saggy pants boys working there said they had «already shut down the computer for the day and couldn’t help». Wouldn’t even offer us air to get to the next station. They made comments and laughed as they walked away leaving us sitting in the parking lot on a 14° day with a flat tire. Worst customer service experience EVER!

Highly recommend if you need tires, you will get a great deal! The specialty rims you can get, are top of the charts. I love that they keep you in tune to whats happinin and make adjustments as needed! The rims we got already have won us auto rewards! Fantastic job Earls Tire. You have my trust and business for life! Rev em up!!!

It is rare, in my opinion, to find an auto shop that I feel is ethical, honest, and fairly priced, but I feel this way about Earl’s Tire. They have had numerous opportunities to put the screws to me and each time have, instead, given me great service at a fair price and saved me money over what I was expecting to have to spend.
First, let’s accept that for most of us, spending money on tires is not something we enjoy, mainly because at the end of the day working tires are sort of the bare minimum we expect from our cars and in the best of cases, they are expensive. But we have replaced all four tires on my wife’s minivan and two of the four tires on my «sports sedan» and each time Jake (who appears to run the front desk) has guided me to a tire that was less expensive than I likely would have chosen blindly, and after reviewing the ratings of the tires I purchased, all were of a higher rating than the tires I would have purchased on my own (I realize that’s convoluted logic to follow, but basically they suggested better tires that were less expensive, so I got better tires for less money).
With the final two tires on my car, I assumed they needed to be replaced because they both had a slow leak, but again, the staff at Earl’s Tires told me that the issue was actually mild corrosion on the rims and that the seal between the tire and wheel rim had failed as a result. But rather than stick me with $ 500 for new rims, they cleaned up the corrosion, warned me that I should keep an eye on it as at some point the issue may arise again, and remounted the same tires for only $ 42. They could have sold me $ 450 worth of new tires, they could have sold me $ 500 worth of new rims, and they even could have sold me $ 950 worth of tires and rims in combination, but instead they fixed the problem, explained it to me and what to look for in the future, and sent me on my way for only $ 42. That is honest, ethical, and fairly priced in my book, and therefore they have earned my business!
Lastly, I like that they quote their prices all-​in, unlike other places that quote a tire price, but then add on all the expenses (mounting, balancing, tire stems, disposal, shop fees, etc., etc.), which makes it hard to understand the full price. Given that 99.9% of people are not in a position to mount the tires on their own, and we all need valve stems and the like, receiving a quote for the full price is helpful. They will unbundle it when asked (while I was waiting, for example, several people took their old tires with them, so they knocked off the disposal fee), but for most of us, we just need to know the final price so we can compare apples to apples.
