Established in 2004.

We’re a modern self-​storage facility located in Des Moines, Iowa — serving NE Des Moines and the Altoona, and Pleasant Hill suburbs. The facility has over 725 drive-​up self storage spaces, high security, and wide aisles for easy maneuverability. We have enclosed RV/​Boat storage wing with separate entrances and easy backing radius for the boats and RV’s of all sizes.

Business Owner

Brad Vander Linden is principal in VLRE, Inc., which is primarily engaged in development, construction, ownership, and management of multifamily and self storage projects in the Greater Des Moines area for its own portfolio. Brad handles transactional aspects of acquisition, sales, leasing, financing, and asset management of VLRE development projects and actively participates in the construction process of new projects.

Actively involved in VLRE projects, Brad has been a key principal in development, construction, and lease up of new multifamily, self-​storage, and flex warehouse projects owned and managed by VLRE.
