Shampooch

We’ve been Shampooch customers for the last year or so… we have 3 dogs… 2 need full grooming every 6-​ish weeks the 3^rd just goes randomly for baths and nails… as far as cuts go they normally do a pretty good job sometimes a little shorter than we want but they are dogs that spend time outside so they get matted and such… I get it… the dogs seemed to like it there and a few times they would let the dogs «hang out» with them not in the cage… basically just lay on dog beds and watch the cat…
The last few times we had to call multiple times to get an appointment but only when they answered… they would never call back… this time we have left 3 – 4 messages over the last 2 weeks … with no call back… we’ve decided they don’t want our money anymore… the search for a new groomer begins…

Brought my dog there for years. I went to make appointment and was told my dog needed to be tranquillized if I wanted to bring him in, that he was a problem the last time he was groomed. Really, why didn’t one of the employee’s tell me when I picked my dog up that it took two people to hold down my Yorkie. Spoke to Jennette she was rude and hung up on me. Is that really the way you run a business? Very disappointed Just wanted to know why I wasn’t told if he was all stressed out the day he was groomed so I could have dealt with it then. Will never go here again.
