Established in 1984.

Nel-​Tech Labs, Inc., an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, was founded in 1984 and is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the highest quality music on hold, message on hold, instore messaging and background music systems worldwide. Over the past quarter century, Nel-​Tech Labs has grown from a small basement workshop to a thriving 18,000 square foot design and fully automated manufacturing facility utilizing the latest in robotic assembly equipment. Our products are sold and distributed through an international network of telephone interconnect firms, sound contractors, telephone message-​on-​hold producers, and background music providers. Striving to always offer the most cost-​effective solutions to repetitive sound applications, we are continually developing and introducing new products to meet marketplace demands.
