I believe that Auto Masters LLC is a local family business success story. I have put everything into eating, sleeping, smelling Auto Masters, and putting almost every extra dime back into the company. This is the key to our success. I have always paid myself a very modest salary and I pay just about every shop manager more than I pay myself. I have put my soul into Auto Masters. I feel a loyalty to my staff, of which 30% have been with me at least 10 years. I know the key to my success is I have surrounded myself with good people. You can ask any of the old employees that have been around, I will never ask them to do something that I myself wouldn’t do. There is nothing that I am afraid to do, from washing cars to dumping trash. I expect the most out of everyone and hire only the best! That is how Auto Masters has grown. Not I, But WE! I couldn’t do it alone!
