Great service — fast — tasty cap — creamy the way I like it, friendly staff and it was clean! Not much of a review, but it’s a chain — seen one seen them all.

Tim Hortons is good reliable coffee and food. You’ll never a problem with quality here. Tim Hortons coffee garners many raving fans, especially here in the Buffalo area! The morning and lunchtime coffee rush creates quite a bit of traffic and long drive thru lines around Timmy’s, but they serve pretty quickly. I’ve never felt like I was waiting extremely long for anything. It’s not five star cuisine, but I’d say stopping here for a snack or a meal is definitely a step above the typical fast food options. The bagels, donuts, and other«breakfast» items would be the clear strengths of the menu lineup. I’ve had lunch sandwiches here a few times, and they’re definitely not bad, but nothing to go crazy for. The real draw of Tim Hortons, as I mentioned before, is the coffee and coffee-related beverages. It’s hard to describe it, but this is for sure some of the best coffee around. Different flavor shots and combinations are a nice touch as well. You won’t be disappointed with Tim Hortons!

Kyle Orton’s is a coffee shop that is owned by a very underrated QB who led both Chicago and Buffalo to decent winning streaks. However it’s so underrated that nobody goes there. Instead they come to Tim Hortons. I always get a 4&4 which is very milky and very sweet and lovely. It’s not for me, it’s for my roomie but I usually have some of it anyway. This location made a particularly hot, sweet, delicious version so I’ll give them a solid 4 stars. The server guy was very friendly, I think he also hit on me, which I appreciate. The store is pristine and clean and brand new, and access was easy(much like my gf). It’s way down on Transit near French and Losson and all that good stuff. Very close to the Walmart. If you’ve never tried a Tim H 4&4 give it a try. At this location it should be piping hot. Chain info: Canadian coffee chain that is literally all over Buffalo, where I always order the 4&4 which you should try… it’s very milky and very sweet and very delicious. It is for a good friend, but I always have some of it first(since I’m usually paying for it these days) and then judge it compared to all the other locations in town. And if QB Kelly takes over this chain, it’ll be renamed Jim Hortons.

Not much to really review about Tim Hortons other than now a days there appears to be one going up on every practical street corner!!! This Timmys is just as busy as any other one during the week day morning rush! If you have the patience to wait for coffee(since the obnoxious breakfast sandwich club) ties up the drive thru to order these darn things! Then stop on in! I kinda wish someday Hortons would have a drink/donut drive thru only line! People would fly in and out of here and not be aggravated about waiting for the club to get their grub… just saying!

They never mess up my order. They always give me everything I need to go along with it including a receipt, utensils, napkins. Some other restaurants place napkins under the food which makes no sense because then the food melts or leaks onto the napkins, rendering them useless. This place does not do that. I will come back. Great drive thru service.

WORST Tim Hortons in all of Buffalo, NY. I’ve never had an issue with my bagels, coffee, or sandwiches at any other location but this one. Tim Hortons are supposed to change their coffee frequently. At this location, they must not because the coffee is always burnt tasting. The bagels(even when you ask for extra toasted) are barely even toasted at all and apparently no one knows how to put on cream cheese(again, even when I ask for extra cream cheese and PAY for it, it’s barely on there.) They make their sandwiches differently than any other Tim Hortons. I’ve been here multiple times thinking that perhaps I’d just had bad luck and it is the closest one to my house, but no, this location is awful. I’ll be driving the extra couple of miles down the road for my coffee from now on.

Once again their internet is at a snails pace… trying to stream some music and it won’t do it… just ran a speed test — down .74 mbps up .17 mbps

Use to be a daily customer, but then they rotate staff I guess on a regular basis. With the last rotation, things have gone downhill at this location. Bagels are barely toasted, with a minimal amount of Sesame seeds on their Sesame bagels. I usually have to ask for them to spread the cream cheese on heavy. They put one smear on one side and that’s it.(so it seems). One of the reasons I do visit, is for their oatmeal and fresh brewed hot tea(not a cup of hot water and a tea bag), along with a larger assortment of muffins that the other donut chain does not offer.
