Zombie Room Escapes

This was an extremely good time!!! Me and a friend participated with a group at 4:30 pm on 12÷26÷205, and it was truly a fun experience. The experience was completely different, which is great; you definitely get the opportunity to do something different! The location wasn’t bad, it takes place in the lower level/​basement of 3 Kings Tavern off Broadway; so there’s usually street parking available. I highly recommend «Zombie Room Escapes!» to anyone looking for a great experience. :-D BK

WE ESCAPED THE ZOMBIE.
First things first, I’m a total chicken. One time I did a haunted corn maze and I basically whimpered the whole way through. So I didn’t pick this, I was more tricked into coming to this place. I was stoked to do an escape room event but when I heard a zombie would be chained up in there I really wanted to NOPE the way out of there. That wasn’t really an option so I tried to toughen up and get ready to go inside.
Once inside I was able to calm down. Don’t get me wrong, they do a good job with the zombie but I was able to ignore all the scary aspects and move on to problem solving.
The hour flies by as you try to get out of the room and work on puzzles. Go with a big group because it’s fun to all work together and figure everything out.
If you’re lucky enough to escape like we were, you’ll get a feeling of pride and accomplishment that’s hard to beat! If you can’t escape in time, I don’t blame you. They really make it tough and the zombie can be distracting! I would come back with another group and try another room sometime for sure.

Did the Zombie Room Escapes with a friend and had a great time! We did the Frankenstein Room, which was a lot of fun. Initially, when you get into the room, everyone does their own thing, but as the Zombie Frankenstein’s chain gets longer, we all ended up working together to escape (which we did with 7 minutes remaining, BTW). The actors who played the characters were fun and friendly. Definitely helped to make the experience what it was.
Can’t wait to try their other Zombie room.

This place is so much FUN! You and a group of people are locked in a room with a zombie. You have 1 hour to work together to find 5 clues that are the key to get you out.
But be careful of the zombie! Every 5 minutes his chain gets longer, so you have to deal with that on top of it. Really adds some great tension and anxiety.
There are are 2 different rooms you can play: Trapped in a Room With a Zombie and Frankenstein Reanimated. They’re both great, but I think I prefer Trapped. No spoilers from me, so you’ll have to try it for yourself!
