Zen’dOut Signature Massage blends three different techniques: Swedish, osteopathic, and Neuropathic. This unique Massage offers a trademark blend of massage strokes, stretching, and gentle vibrations of the abdominal organs and endocrine glands. The Massage begins at the left arm, and proceeds with attention to all major muscle groups and limbs, as well as the abdomen, torso and back. The massage is performed in a specific order and sequence with an emphasis on relaxing and balancing the body’s nervous system. According to the Edgar Cayce philosophy, when the nervous system is properly balanced, all the systems of the body can experience improved coordination and restoration of their proper functioning.

Growing up amid the cultural passion and artistic expression of Bucaramanga, Colombia I’ve been fortunate to innately embrace the importance of family, loyalty and a profound zest for life. From as early as I can remember, I felt an overwhelming energy to apply these qualities to the helping and healing others. When the pursuit of higher education and thirst of adventure led me to the United States, I began a career on the East Coast in nursing and hospice care. When I was struck by the entrepreneurial spirit and desire to revitalize a broader range of our community, I went back to school and was fortunate to be accepted to the exclusive Cayce Reilly School of Massotherapy and Health Sciences. My path then led me to the majestic Rocky Mountain region and the incredible electricity of Denver, Colorado. It has since been the passion of my life and my great privilege to change the spiritual and physical lives of so many through therapeutic massage with the founding of Zen’dOut Massage.
