Yaffa’s savory café serves authentic Israeli, Mediterranean and Morrocan cuisine in the center of Denver southeast location (Monaco and Evans) Ingredients such as garbanzos, tahini, spices, olives and coffee are imported from Israel and the Mediterranean, for all of our homemade recipes. and we are open for lunch and dinner monday to thursday (friday open till 6.00pm) Yaffa’s savory café specializes in delicious hummus dishes and freshly made salads but our menu offerings range from beef kabab to salads, Israeli favorites, pita and wrap sandwiches and homemade desserts. and of cours our specialty meat or vegan «PASTIYA», We also offer beverages such as wine, beer, espresso and cappuccino coffee and our special turkish coffe signature homemade spiced tea or tea with mint leaves. History
Established in 1999.
Chef Yaffa
recognized that it was difficult for families to find healthy, enjoyable food that were free of additives, preservatives and coloring. Gradually, she formed the idea of producing authentic, multicultural Mediterranean foods, true to the old-world flavor and natural healthful benefits. Now that idea has grown into a variety of exciting, healthy and flavorful foods, known as Yaffa’s Savory — Mediterranean Culinaria. «Our company carries a healthy line of products. our mission statement is to preserve the foods that are disappearing from today’s menu and to educate the public to learn more about how they can adopt healthy habits and also how investing a little effort in learning can come a long way in feeling better and realizing the power of knowing The foods that are authentic, made with fresh ingredients, never chemicals, or food color. we use cold press Olive oil and the best spices we can find. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
Chef Yaffa was born and raised in Israel where she grew up enjoying the wonderfully healthy and varied foods of her Moroccan-Jewish family. The youngest of ten siblings, her family often joked that the house was so crowded that Yaffa found her own place in the kitchen. So true. A devoted daughter to her very busy working Mom, young Yaffa eagerly helped with the daily meals. She would often work in the kitchen side by side with her mother until late at night to make sure there was a hot, fresh, healthy meal ready for the family the next day. She learned to make and cherish her Mother’s traditional Moroccan dishes – recipes that had been handed from Mother to Daughter for generations. Yaffa and her husband, Rafi, came to Denver in 1990 and she brought her love for cooking and her time-honored family recipes with her. She would prepare her salads and soups, meats and desserts for her family and all of her many new friends.
