Wild Heather Gallery & Studio is a community art space owned by artist Heather Thomas. Wild Heather offers art and design classes including creative development, color & design, textile arts, sewing, fabric dyeing, and mixed media. Located in the heart of the vibrant Golden Triangle neighborhood, Wild Heather also offers art supplies, hand-​dyed fabrics, and unique gifts made by local artisans.

History

Established in 2013.

Heather Thomas is a nationally-​respected artist and teacher, with a specialization in art quilting and fabric dyeing. She has published two books, one about design and color and the second about fabric embellishment. Wild Heather Gallery and Studio opened in 2013 as a studio space for those wishing to develop or expand their artistic creativity and skill through formal classes and interaction with other creatives.
