Wells Fargo Bank

This was the only Wells Fargo the other day that actually answered their phone and not complete automation. Each person I spoke to on the phone was prompt, courteous and just amazing. I was able to order currency for an up coming trip.
Going into this bank, for the first time. I was an aww with how big the bank is and the lay out. Not only that, but the amazing customer service from walking into the door and teller. Even though my money was not ready, I will be coming back to this specific bank. I prefer small banks/​credit unions and Wells Fargo today was outstanding as always with customer service.

I’m not a huge fan of big banks, they seem to always try to scam you into one of their «lower percentage credit cards» or «better car loan percentages», I think this place is hard to park at and I wish I didn’t have to pay at a meter to be able to get my banking done. The parking lot in the back of the building is for Well Fargo employees only. The customer service is sub par, I walked in to deposit my husbands check in our joint account and the employee was persistent on letting me know I could not deposit the check into our account. I said it was a joint account and after a moment or so she asked her manager, later he saying that it was OKAY to put in a joint account. She was nice enough to apologize but it was a little frustrating. Hope that even if they were new or even seasoned employees that they would know this.
Personally, I try to get my quick banking done at this location and go to the bigger Wells Fargo on Colorado for the bigger things!

This bank is dishonest and incompetent. Dispite having a check number AND EFT transfer number they could not tell me where my money was, but tried a number of disingenuous explanations that had no observable basis in fact.

This Wells Fargo is awesome! I’m heading to Europe next week for a vacation and needed some Euros and had questions about how my account and card would work while I was there. I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone who helped me figure out all the people I needed to talk to. They processed new chip and pin cards and sent them overnight so I’d for sure get them in time and then helped me figure out how many Euros I’d need. Everyone was working separately to get me in and out as fast as possible and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks, Wells Fargo.

I don’t have an account at Wells Fargo, but I often go in to this location to cash a check, as I did yesterday, and today (funds from a GoFundMe campaign).
The tellers have always, and I mean ALWAYS been over-​the-​top nice, and helpful.
Right now I’m kicking myself for not getting the names of the two tellers who assisted me, but they were wonderful.

Why would anybody trust this place with their money? Needed foreign currency and this is one of the few places in Denver to get it. Called the main number provided on the Wells Fargo website. Two minutes of ringing and no answer. Called again… same thing. Called a bit later and got an answer and was forwarded to the International Desk. Person was overly helpful. All I wanted was information but he wanted to order currency for me. When I asked for the cost, he put me on hold. After two minutes, I was disconnected. Called back to the main number. Two minutes of ringing and no answer. Called twice more… same thing. Waited five minutes and called back. IT WAS ANSWERED. Asked for the foreign currency desk and my call was forwarded. After listening to it ring for three minutes I hung up. Freaking multi-​billion-​dollar company and they can’t even answer the phone.
