Walmart Supercenter

This Walmart pharmacy is one of the best just go in and in ask for Caitlin and you will have no worries! She can help with anything you need and has such a great positive attitude no matter how sick you are she brings a smile to your face! Walmart you are going to want to hold on the this one!!!

Staff isn’t very friendly, they prefer to walk around and discuss rumors etc with each other and don’t care if they’re in the way
Merchandise is often empty on the shelf and they put huge boxes and displays in places that aren’t easy for customers to maneuver the carts –

We have been customers at this Denver, NC location for years and will continue to shop there for convenience. However, after our last few trips I simply cannot handle the poor and lack of customer service from the workers.
This store is located off of the intersection of Highways 16 and 73. It is a very nice sized store with grocery and retail options as well as a tire center. There is ample parking and the store is never overly busy so checkout is usually very quick. A nice plus.
The cons occur whenever you have an in-​store question or a question by phone to this location. Numerous times I have been unable to find a store employee, one time I was talked down to by a worker in the garden department because he didn’t understand Walmart’s coupon policy and I had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to get there to agree with me, and just this past week we had useless support from the tire center. We also previously had to drive all the way to Concord to do an even exchange on a product because this Walmart did not have any in stock and wouldn’t transfer one. These are just a few of the examples.
All in all, the workers at this Walmart are just not knowledgeable or helpful. When you call in to ask a question, be prepared to be transferred or on hold for at least five minutes. Make sure you have a lot of patience when shopping here unless you are doing an easy in and out transaction.

It is a hit or miss at this Walmart store. Sometimes you see the greeter and sometimes you don’t. Today, everybody minding their own business and focused on putting products away on the shelves. One person at the meat area smiled and said hello.
Like shopping here on a week day in the morning instead of the weekend. Nice and quiet and can go through the aisle and get the stuff you need.
Becareful when shopping for sale items especially when it comes to fruits. Strawberries on sale for $ 1.98 which sounds like a bargain. Make sure you check the bottom of container. There were some already molding. Always, check to see if bruising too or overly ripe produce.
Although, there are lots of check out counters. Many not open. Maybe they all open when it is super packed on Friday’s and the weekends.
Got to checkout –the cashier was ringing me up and she was talking to another person at the same time. Not sure if she chit chatting with another employee nor customer. Talk about multi-​tasking. Never had this before. Made sure I check my receipt so there were no errors or duplicate charges.

On any given day there are empty produce bins. I had to return romaine lettuce hearts that were swimming in water and smelled like mildew. The store also is small and doesn’t carry much of a variety as some of the other stores.

They did a little remodeling since my last visit. Moved items/​sections in the food section and also added self checkout kiosks, which is extremely beneficial in my opinion. I didn’t go to the other side of the store so I’m not aware of any improvements on that side, but the food section/​food side improvements are appreciated.

This Walmart SUCKS! and gets get worse every time I go in there.
The other night I go in for a bag of dog food. At 10pm there is only 2 check out lanes and 1 express lane open and every lane is backed up way out into the store.
Naturally I’m in the lane with all the problems. My wife even texted me at one point wondering what was taking so long. Finally 30 minutes later I make it out of the store.
Unreal, 30 minutes in line to buy one bag of dog food!
Last Saturday I had to bad luck having to go to Wally World. The place is packed, people blocking isles talking or walking right in front of you. I left with only 50% of what I came for because as usual they are out of most of what we buy on a regular basis and as per usual only 4 check out lanes and 2 express lanes opened with the store packed.
I left feeling like I needed a drink!
Never again on a Sat. or Sun. unless its super early or late, late at night.
I couldn’t wait for this store to open, now I avoid it when I can.
I would rather pay a little more and avoid this poorly stocked, over crowded, poor excuse of a store that no idea what customer service means.

This location is horrible to their workers their employees are exhausted and I could overhear one of them asking for break and being denied and then she had as the. Manager acknowledge she had not had a break for five hours. Than Told her it could be many more hours before she would see a break

Great price and excellent service

Have a hard time rating any Wal Mart more than 3 stars and can easily go down to 2 or 1 but, this is a pretty decent version of the mega store. It’s generally clean but the usual crowd of Walmartians is no where near what you see on those emails that your good buddies forward to you. Keep in mind, just the fact that I’m shopping there potentially makes me a photogs target but, I’m generally not letting my thong show outside my jeans so, not too interesting to shoot and post onlline.
Beyond that, it’s what you expect from Wal Mart. Huge, lots of stuff and a cheap place to stock up on staples for the home. I wish I had enough Occupy in me to not shop here but, it’s just so budget friendly for the weekly big grocery shopping trip and as cousin Hogwallop says… I got’s to do for me and mine!

Better than charlotte stores but under staffed

I frequent this Walmart location. It is usually as acceptable an experience as a Walmart shopping trip can be. They do not have an eye care center, so I had to go elsewhere. Otherwise, the location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, gasoline, and restaurants nearby for relaxing before or after shopping.
