My property management company uses this company for their cleaning and restorations needs. I had some water and mold problems in a room and the property management company sent Venturi out to mitigate the problem. First off, I do not get home until later in the day and on multiple occasions I have told the person on the phone not to send someone over until the time I get home. Every single time the company calls me 4 – 5 hours before the said time and tells me that a technician is at the house. How am I supposed to let them in the house if I am not there? This ineptitude is aggravating. Unfortunately for me, it is the property management company who uses their services and I do not have much of a say in that decision. It should be a simple thing to ask someone what time they will be home and then schedule their technician to be there at that time, or after. Second, when on the phone the representative was rude to me, asking me what the property name was. Slightly confused I answered with the address. I was asked again, «No, what is the property NAME?» Still confused, I gave them my name. It was not until I asked if she meant the property management company that I got the response of «Yea, that is what I asked.» If it were me, I would never use this company due to their poor customer service and ineptitude. The technicians have been nice and friendly and that is why I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1.

So I just have to say… These guys are great! I suggest you request either Kiel or Ryan. Both have cleaned my carpets in the past and both do a superb job! The price is fair, the work is quick, but still quality. They’re friendly guys and made it all super easy!
