Unity Spiritual Center Denver

Our family isn’t Christian but wanted to find an open spiritual environment for our children. While teachers do refer to the Bible, the underpinnings of their messages are universal truths that reach beyond Christianity. My children (3^rd and 5^th grades) both love the environment and the teachers are wonderful. If you’re spiritual but not «religious,» Unity Spiritual Center Denver would be worth checking out.

A positive spiritual community with much to offer. I like:
* The Sunday services. David Howard shares from his heart his own spiritual growth and that encourages us to be open & vulnerable, too. The music is first rate with a variety of terrific guest soloists combined with the excellent in house music ministry.
* The classes. There’s a number of classes offered throughout the year where questions are welcome & encouraged.
* The people. The church is small enough so the ministers and members of the congregation get to know you on a first name basis — this is not a mega church where you are an anonymous face in the crowd.
* A healthy approach to fund raising. Every church needs financial contributions and Unity of Denver is no different. Yet there is no annual pledge drive and most of the classes are on a love offering basis — you are encouraged to give as you see fit with no pressure.

Unity Spiritual Center of Denver is a spiritual, inclusive, loving, and educational community! The Sunday service has uplifting, inspirational & applicable lessons delivered by David Howard, music selections performed by noted musicians, and beautiful moments of prayer and meditation. I always leave on Sunday feeling inspired to live with love and compassion. There are classes throughout each week on a wide variety of spiritual topics. I especially loved «Compassionate Communication» and a «Life of Prayer». Above all, the people are welcoming, open hearted, and sincere. Please come for a visit! The more, the merrier!
