Business Owner

I graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, in 2010, and have been doing massage ever since. My therapeutic practice is now infused with my knowledge and experience of yoga and incorporates movement whenever possible.

I have since participated in continuing education classes, such as the Thai for the Table massage course at the Denver Integrative Massage School. I received education in herbal healing at Artemisia and Rue, and The Apothecary Tinctura, and this component of my practice has become integral in enhancing the touch therapies I provide.

Practicing massage allows me to express my creativity, help people reconnect with their bodies, and release long-​held pain patterns in the body. I am honored to be involved in this work, and I appreciate every challenge that has been brought to me through my 4.5 years of practice.

I practice movement-​oriented massage therapy, designed to be equally therapeutic and relaxing, because I know that healing stress helps heal pain
