TRELORA was begun to offer you, the homeowner, a full service, high quality alternative to expensive, commission-based real estate services.
Not too long ago, a large book containing every property for sale in the MLS was printed and delivered to licensed agents each month. These agents invested tremendous amounts of time working with their clients, organizing and compiling data, cross referencing criteria, sorting through options, and doing tremendous legwork, the majority of which is now done within minutes by you, the homeowner.
Today, the information made available through technology is changing what it means to be an agent, as modern agents now access very little, if any, proprietary information. The role of an agent is shifting to that of a knowledgable advisor that provides excellent customer service.
At TRELORA, we believe real estate representation for both buyers and sellers should also come at a fair price that is linked to actual effort, not the value of a home.

Business Owner
Joshua Hunt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TRELORA, where he is devoted to reshaping antiquated industry practices to better align with technological trends and rising consumer expectations.
Joshua began his real estate career in 1997 with Re/Max, where he was recognized as Rookie of the Year. He joined Keller Williams ten years later, where he was consistently a top producing agent before assuming the roles of Managing Broker, Team Leader, and franchise owner. After earning the distinction as a top recruiter and coach nationwide, Joshua was given a vision for offering buyers and sellers a more efficient, less expensive real estate experience through the use of technology and task specialization.
By providing first-rate service for one flat fee, Joshua and his teams at TRELORA strive to deliver the best residential real estate service in the industry while helping property owners build and retain more of their equity and stay in control of their purchase or sale.
