Treehouse Brand Stores

Took me 3 months to get a refund for a defective Fallout 4 disc I ordered from Bethesda Store (Treehouse Brand store). During this time they closed several of my request tickets, including taking the time to close one particular ticket as resolved multiple times (this was a manual process, so they were actively ignoring me). I filed a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB, which is probably the only reason I actually got my money back. In the communication in which they said they were refunding me they simply said that they had been busy (though not too busy to close my tickets).

Horrible Customer Service. Good luck getting a prompt response.
10÷25÷15 — Ordered Fallout sweatshirt from Besthesda store (which is run by Treehouse).
11÷03÷15 — Sent return request through their website (since there is no way to contact someone live. Automated system confirms receipt of RMA request.
11÷03÷15 — Receive request from Treehouse wanting photos of sweatshirt. Send photos.
11÷07÷15 — No response Send a status request on my RMA.
12÷10÷15 — Receive email indicating to return item with original packing slip but to contact them if I don’t have original packing slip. Send email indicating the packing slip was misplaced in the month of waiting for response.

I would not do business with the Bethesda store, Treehouse brands or even Thinkgeek (since they appear to own Treehouse). Very disappointed in the service. Worst I’ve seen in ecommerce in years.

I received a broken item three weeks ago, 5 support tickets and several phone calls got me nowhere. Sometimes an agent asks for photos of the damaged product, I send the photos and I never hear a response back. This company is run by people who don’t care about customers at all. I will never order anything from them ever again.

I ordered two Dragon Age Griffin Tee T-​shirts on the 8^th/​October/​2011 and I still haven’t received them at all. ThreeHouse claimed to have sent them to me, but nope. They said that they have gotten the package back from UPS and tried to sent it again. Yet again, I did not receive my package. Since they had my order and the t-​shirts, I presumed that they would try to resend them for a third time, but no. They resold my t-​shirts to another customer without informing me of this and took off with my money.
When I informed them that I would like my money back, they would give me a gift card for two items, but I had to pay for transport. I told them, again and again that I would like to have the t-​shirts I ordered, but no.
As of 15^th/​August/​2014, I have still not received my t-​shirts.

Looks like I’m not the only person who ordered the CE of titanfall and didn’t get the game. It’s been out 2 weeks, I paid $ 250+, have received no game and the company hasn’t responded to me since the 14^th.
I’ve written emails and left voicemails. Complete and utter BS. This is about as bad as it gets for customer service. Their rep told me on the 14^th she’d get back to me.
Am I really supposed to buy another copy of titanfall after I spent over $ 250 already? Unreal man.

I placed an order for my son’s Christmas gift 12 days ago now & the items have not even shipped. I have emailed the company — no response. I cannot get in contact with them via telephone. The calls go directly into voicemail. The recording tells me to leave a message & they will return my call. It is now 7 days to Christmas… I ‘m sure my son will not get the gifts which were on the top of his list. SHAME ON YOU BETHESASTORE-​TREEHOUSEBRANDS !!!
