I came in to get my wife a new purse for Christmas and I was very happy with the service I received. I wasn’t buying a really expensive purse, but it was still over $ 500. There were several associates that were helping me out and they were all very helpful and nice. Even though I’m assuming they are all on commission, they weren’t pushy at all which I really appreciated. They showed me several purses and were very knowledgeable about the differences and they were able to make sure that my wife loved it. I will be back to get another whenever my wife wants a new purse.

I’ve waited for the Tory Burch store to open as soon as I saw advertising and I must say, it was so worth the wait! The customer service was amazing! The store is fresh and the associates weren’t that good at product knowledge yet but things like that don’t matter when they offer you the best experience. They offered my 3 year old juice and myself water, which sounds petty but makes all the difference when you’re spending your earned money. The inside is absolutely beautiful I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!
