History
Established in 1994.
Tony parlayed his singer songwriter skills into full-time work as a professional musician for many years. Then he wrote and produced jingles for companies ranging from auto repair to casinos to radio talk shows to website businesses. After developing a few websites for himself and some friends, he started building WordPress blogs and writing content for his growing list of clients. Then he included SEO, social media integration, and even mobile optimization to reach the exploding smartphone market.
These days Tony writes and produces the words and music in his own digital studio with a MacBook Pro, awesome software, and cool keyboards… with all the octaves in tune. As a freelance content writer he coordinates written, video, images, and social media content for richer, fuller, more interactive audience engagement.

Tony Funderburk began his copywriting journey in commercial jingles, and he expanded into long form sales copy with his Tony Writes website. From there he began to develop his own «short attention span copy» optimized for the exploding mobile market. He’s worked with and studied from some awesome copywriting experts and marketing mavens like Tina Lorenz, Angela Booth, Bob Bly, Ed Dale, Karen Thackston, Gary Bencivenga, & Ryan Healy.
Tony writes a blog and covers relevant topics like search engine optimization, social media, and mobile marketing. He’s written sales letters, launch materials, promos and brochures, and tons of web content for clients that range from sole proprietors to $ 300 million dollar corporations.
