We are a 3^rd generation owned company! Carmen Prach (owner) has 38 years experience in the HVAC industry, 22 years training with her fathers company in customer relations, marketing & sales, accounting and office management. In 1997 she took part in the evolution of a training program developed to provide gas service technicians, heating contractors, and home inspectors in heat exchanger inspection to protect home owners against carbon monoxide poisoning! TLC was established in 1999 and continues to run family owned under the supervision of her son Kyle Geddes, in which our tradition of excellence has been carried on to the 3^rd generation. Kyle has mechanical and supervisor licensing in all cities in the Denver metro area and continues to pride our company on prompt affordable services.

This is my first Unilocal review, but I am so happy with the service TLC Heating and Cooling provided I had to write a recommendation. Kyle came out and serviced my AC. I am a single lady and have had service people try to take advantage of what the anticipate will be a lack of mechanical knowledge. Kyle was very straight forward, professional, and HONEST! He was friendly and actually talked me out of services I didn’t need. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of using this company. My AC works as good if not better than when it was new, and I paid less than expected. I highly recommend them. Ask for Kyle.

We have been using TLC for about 5 years now. They came recommended through the company we used to inspect our house when we were in the process of purchasing it. They have done annual maintenance on our HVAC systems as well as replacing our 20 year old furnace that went out. They have been nothing short of fantastic. Carmen has always been very responsive and Kyle, the technician, has always done a great job both installing and repairing our units. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable and honest company to handle their heating and cooling needs.

Do not use this company. The secretary who books the appointments is incredibly rude, aggressive and unprofessional. The guy who did the service was nice but did not do an adequate job and did not have the equipment required. We called out another company for a second opinion and I’m glad we did. Having them come out was a total waste of money and time.
