Specialties

The Underground is small group personal training. Session last 50min and never have more than eight people participating. We work off of a basic periodized model over the course of three months. This means we vary our concentrations from endurance work, to strength, to power. All of these cycles are separated by a regeneration week. These aren’t necessarily off weeks, but the volume and load are at levels that regular clients will recover easily from.

There is no start class or time of the period to begin. You can jump in at any time and get the desired training stress
