I got my hair cut and colored by Kate. I’ve had black hair for a little while and wanted to try a reddish purple color. I was nervous about it but she was professional and knowledgeable. It turned out great and I felt involved in the process. I would definitely recommend her if you need a new stylist!

Gym: The gym is small but there are not many people there, they have plenty of versatile equipment, the classes are wonderful (Merana is my favorite instructor), free coffee and fresh apples, very unique and attractive space! Definitely recommend, this gym has made me fall back in love with fitness after a horrible experience with one of those corporate brand gyms. Also, get a free (actually free, NOT a scam) three day pass if you just want to try before you buy.
Locker room: FREE FLUFFY ROBES AND SANDALS TO WEAR DURING YOUR VISIT! Even if you’re only working out. PHENOMENAL steam room with eucalyptus oil. Plenty of lockers and showers. Also, lotion, hair spray, ironing board, hair dryer, hair spray, mouth wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, razors, cotton balls, Q tips, and towels, all free. This locker room makes it so easy to get ready for work after a hard workout.
Spa: Unfortunately I have not had the privilege to try yet but the massage therapists are so friendly!
Nails: Tia is WONDERFUL! I use to hate and dread getting my nails done because I always felt so tense, unwelcome, and rushed wherever I would go but she has never made me feel anything less than 110%. She’s so friendly and by the time you leave you’ll be blushing at how much you just talked because she’s such a great listener and conversationalist. I always go to her and can’t recommend her enough! She also always does an amazing job. In 3 days from now, my shellac manicure will have lasted 1 whole month, only 2 chips and that’s amazing considering that I’m clumsy, use my hands a lot, and even smashed a finger in the weight room.
Hair: My friend gets her hair cut here and they do great every time! Will update when I get my hair done soon.
Gift shop: Great products but they do run very expensive, it would be nice to see more affordable things pass through and clothes that aren’t too expensive for the quality.
Staff: The reason I love this place most is the staff! Tanya, the gym manager is the best, she’s extremely friendly and sweet and always quick to respond to any inquiries. The team members in the gift shop portion are the best and I come in to talk to them even when I’m not working out or having any services done that day! I really can’t rave enough about how much I appreciate everyone here and how much they make YOU feel like a welcome friend. That’s very rare for a gym in my experience, but they do it without fail! Maintenance is handled quickly when you request something to be fixed, which is great because the building is very old and experiences the difficulties that come with historic buildings.
So, Oxford Club, from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for what you do for me!

Have not been here for over a year as the last visit was awful They have definitely improved. Nice new robes, cheery locker rooms. The waiting area is still a bit cramped. Massage was good — added oil (rosemary/​mint) very nice. Good average experience — not outstanding — ut MUCH better than last time.

Kristin is fantastic! This is my second facial with her, and now I will be making this a monthly ritual. I’m always so well taken care of at Oxford Club.

The team at the Oxford Club is what keeps me coming back. They are friendly, helpful and humble. Not the typical upscale spa demeanor you’d expect.
I also love the group fitness classes. I’m impressed with the variety of classes offered and the level of the instructors. My favorite classes are probably Fit Barre, Pilates Mat and HIIT Training. Although, I haven’t been able to attend them all.
Lastly, you receive discounts as a member and the spa carries my favorite skin care line, Sanitas. So, things are working out well so far!

A couple of friends and I booked services at the Oxford hotel for an afternoon at the spa. My overall experience was good. In terms of price, they spa is averagely priced for similar spas located downtown. Offered as a perk, when you book a spa service it also gets you access to the gym and fitness classes. They do offer yoga in the morning, so if you can time your service around the class you can pack more bang for your buck. The gym is large and has all the equipment you would need to get in a full workout as well.
The hotel offers valet parking which you can have validated at the spa for $ 5. The parking crew was also kind enough to let us grab lunch after our services were over without having to take the cars out of the valet.
The locker room/​steam room was a bit outdated but it was clean. The «relaxation room», i.e. waiting room before your service offered the standard spread of water, hot tea, and magazines to pass the time. I was little disappointed there wasn’t something to snack on (like trial mix), which I’ve had at other spas in the area.
I booked the deep tissue massage and overall I would say it was average as there were a couple of things that could have been improved. My therapist failed to mention that the scent she was mixing into my lotion was actually an add-​on and it was not implied it would have an added cost either. She also did not use the bolster under my feet when I was lying face down on the table, so after some time I was very uncomfortable. Also the transitions during the massage were a little rough, something I might expect at massage envy.
All in all it was a good experience but I may try another spa in the area before coming back.

My husband and I booked a last minute couples Swedish massage while on vacation. The staff and their service was not only friendly and kind but also very attentive. My masseuse, Anitra, was incredibly thorough and worked through all my trouble areas. You can tell she’s had a lot of experience in the field and knew exactly what to do. The only reason I’m giving this a 4-​star is simply because although the hotel and its club is sought after for its vintage look, I think they can still upgrade their facilities a bit more. PS: they’re steam room is amazing! Try it out before or after your massage!

A friend and I dropped in to see about getting her in for a haircut. The woman at the front desk got her right in. I decided to get a 60 massage and boy was it worth it! I had Sean for my massage therapist and he was excellent. He worked on my problem areas and I haven’t felt that relaxed in quite some time. He was attentive, and knows what he’s doing. The room was clean, cozy and inviting. I felt taken care of from beginning to end. Excellent experience! My friend loves her haircut too!

Many weeks in advance, I scheduled 4 massages at the same time for my sisters’ reunion at The Crawford Hotel. We were coming together from all over the country, and only had a narrow window for this reunion. When we arrived for our massages, they didn’t have us on the schedule until the following week! It could have been a huge bummer, but instead, they got to work immediately figuring out how to accommodate us. We settled on getting massages the next morning, which barely worked out, but it did. Operations manager Tanya offered us many choices to make up for the error, and we really appreciated everyone’s willingness to help us out. And the massages were excellent, by the way!

I received microdermabrasion from Michelle last week. My skin felt amazing after the treatment! She definitely sloughed off dead skin and now I’m glowing. I will definitely be going back. The prices are reasonable also. The Oxford is a historic property and they have really kept the old world charm and décor. The room was very clean and Michelle was professional.

Hubs had a wonderful, relaxing 90 minute massage and 60 minute reflexology treatment. He was very pleased with the facility, amenities, and would highly recommend his masseuse, Amy.

I had a 90 minute massage with Michelle and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She worked out all the tight spots in my back and feeling great. Highly recommend booking with Michelle!

Had an hour and a half amazing massage with michelle.
Sage aromatherapy added was perfect.
Great facility and wonderful steam and sauna.
Gym was well equipped.
Michelle also gives Pilates and facials.

Lovely spa in downtown Denver. It was warm, dark and relaxing. My facialist was an absolute doll, very knowledgeable about my skin and the products she recommended.

My husband and I had massages here for the first time. The check in workers were very pleasant and helpful. The locker room leaves a lot to be desired. It is due for an update. Since this isn’t an inexpensive spa it would have been nice to have more amenities available. 1 blow dryer, no hair products, flat irons, etc. I assume it is because it is also available to those using the gym. Anyway, once you head to your massage it all gets better. We both had excellent massages. As a matter a fact we both thought our individual massages were the best we had ever had. The ladies were very well trained and well worth the money. Don’t settle for anything less than 90 minutes, it goes to fast.

My husband and I booked a couples massage here on our first anniversary (while staying at The Oxford Hotel). We’ve each had quite a few massages, and we both agreed that the ones we received during this appointment were the best massages either of us have ever received. Our massage therapists listened to us and focused on areas we requested, applied more pressure when requested, and generally allowed us to truly relax as they worked out knots and kinks (we’re in the process of moving and admit to being a little stressed!) We both walked out feeling lighter and taller. It was definitely a positive experience.

Live in the neighborhood, been going for years. If you’re looking for a great deep tissue go see Anitra, she is absolutely AMAZING. This girl knows what she’s doing. I have horrible tightness in my back and she works her butt off to loosen me up. I went yesterday, Anitra was unavailable so the receptionist recommended Vida for a good deep tissue — man was she right. Vida got knots out of my neck that have been there for months. Each time I go, I leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. I don’t utilize the spa so I can’t comment on that but it seems really nice. Each time I go they offer me a robe and slippers. maybe one day I’ll stay for a steam.
Front desk staff always greets me with a smile and thanks me when I leave… another reason I keep coming back.

If I could give 20 stars, I would. This place is amazing. Top to bottom. They Worked with us trying to find the place bc we aren’t from Denver, discussed the best options with us (my boyfriend and I) then the massage itself was the best I’ve ever had. We are both athletes and need invasive, deep tissue work a lot. I’ve never had a therapist who so clearly understands anatomy and knew how to work the tension/​soreness out. I had Michael livesay and the boyfriend got massaged by Shannon. Highly highly recommend both of them. Oh! And if that’s not enough, they had got tea, water and truffles waiting for us outside after the massages why can’t every place be like this ??

The reviews were definitely all over the board for this place so I was a little nervous, but they were one of the few places in town that offered the exfoliation and self-​tanning application — which is, by the way, the only way to go if you plan to do self tanner. Anyhow, I had a nice experience at the actual spa but NO tan appeared. And worst, she told me to wait until Thursday, the day I was to be in NYC already which she knew, so I could do nothing about this fact! The $ 5 valet option at the hotel to the wonderfully helpful check in staff were great. The spa itself is nice, older but well kept and relaxing. My technician was okay, and if the product worked, the price would have been okay too, but given the circumstances, I would say that it was a big waste of money and not recommend it not go back. Find a spray tan plan or another spa!

I was recently gifted a spa package here. I will make this short and sweet:
The staff was really friendly and attentive.
Massage? Amazing. I drank in every minute of it. She was not timid about applying pressure (slow clap).
Facial? Equally amazing. I am a huge fan of Sanitas and was happy to find they used their products. The music was a little on the annoying side — but not a big deal.
Lunch? It was good. Special? No. Memorable? Meh.. .
Mani/​Pedi? The woman that did my nails was really sweet. But I will stick to my ladies at Helena’s Nails on 11^th and Corona (GO THERE NOW!). Considering what was paid this service was well. .. slightly half assed.
She left nail polish on the skin around the toenails, forgot a topcoat. While I feel bad about complaining over the fact that there was no rubbing of the feet or legs (which my trusty salon always does), I have to reiterate, for what was paid.. .
Now, the manicure. The shellac was left streaky, my nails were uneven, and again no topcoat. Keep in mind the shellac was an additional cost. I am used to having a top coat put on when I get a shellac manicure. Maybe it’s not necessary. .. still seemed odd. Again, no massaging of the hands or arms. Not to mention it seemed like the entire staff was in there servicing each other (get your head out of the gutter).
It was all so great up until then. Maybe my standards were too high.
