Unlike other dry cleaners, our eco-​friendly dry cleaning process uses no perchloroethlylene, which is a hazardous chemical that endangers people as well as the environment. Instead, we use a specific solution that can be broken down into sand, water and oxygen.

Your need for green can also be cured with our automated ticketing system, recycled hangers, reusable garment bags, and text message ready notifications!

All of our efforts are in hope to reduce the amount of chemicals, metal, paper, and plastic that are suffocating our precious planet.

History

Established in 2009.

The Green Shirt is a locally owned small business that was created and built by a local environment enthusiast. The concept was developed in an effort to fill the void that exists in the industry across the Denver and US dry cleaning market. Technology, customer service, and environmental consciousness seemed to have been left by the wayside in most of the other dry cleaning facilities. The Green Shirt hopes to change that and set a new precedent for cleaners of the future.

The founder has partnered with local environmentally conscious companies to build the most eco-​friendly and customer service oriented solution to your dry cleaning needs. The friendly staff also live locally and go above and beyond to ensure your experience with The Green Shirt is extraordinary.
