I live not far from this location so while I was out running errands I decided to stop in and eat.
They were very fast and friendly at the register. As soon as my order had been taken however, the manager and 2 other employees stepped outside leaving the employee in the kitchen alone.
She saw this as her cue to get on her phone and not start my order. When she noticed me watching she decided to make my food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Nasty. No clue where her phone had been and manager tried to say it wasn’t my food and she was just now making it. I got money back and left.
Please wash your hands if you’re going to make my food.

I live three blocks from this taco bell and they screwed up my order so much so often that I now go to the one on Hampden. They are cheaper and give bigger portions.
