My pick up street had a foot of snow on it and even the more main thoroughfare streets were messy with snow but I had a great driver who handled it with ease. I was very relaxed with the drive to the airport and was happy not to have needed my daughter to make the trip. I was also very impressed with the reasonable cost. I live in Seattle and our ‘Shuttle Express’ is at least double the cost and never as nice a ride. Thanks Super Shuttle and I will definitely use your service again.

I’m so thankful they are available and I have always experienced good service and friendly staff.

UPDATE: super shuttle customer service is constantly avoiding reimbursing us for our bag that THEIR DRIVER gave away. We are currently pursuing legal action and will not stop contacting you about this until we are reimbursed especially for all the clothes we had to buy since we were on a trip and YOU LOST ALL OF OUR CLOTHES. DO NOT USE SUPER SHUTTLE.

Really found the Shuttle to be very convenient and I loved their notification system so I knew exactly when they would pick me up.

I arrived at DEN to get a shuttle to Loveland. My company said to use a coupon code, which Super Shuttle had no record.
Tia, Simone and David did a great job in person and over the phone helping me out. Everyone else was slow and could have used further training.

My boyfriend and I both used the SuperShuttle service from the Denver airport to our hotel. Our flights got in on Saturday afternoon /​evening. I did my booking, payment, and check-​ins all from my iPhone, which was great and convenient for me. I also used a 10% off code I got from Unilocal during my booking, which was appreciated (thanks Unilocal!). After our flights got in, we only had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, which we both thought was a reasonable amount of time. Once we were picked up, our driver was friendly, helpful, and seemed to gave a good degree of knowledge about the area and local events that might affect our driving time. All in all, I don’t really have any complaints. The only reason I gave this service 4 stars instead of 5 was because I really wish it was a bit cheaper! My individual round trip price (after discount, but before tip) was just about $ 50, which I felt like was a bit steep for a shared ride service. But then again, I don’t think it’s too far outside the norm, depending on what airports you frequent. So, I would still recommend it to others.

This is my first and it will be my last experience with SuperShuttle. They’re overbooked and already 20 minutes late even providing a vehicle. More and more people are showing up for the next shuttle. Who knows when it will arrive.

Summary: kind, friendly driver. Other staff mostly unhelpful. Expensive, took a long time.
Our reservation was for 10:15pm. They took like half an hour to actually get us our tickets, and wouldn’t allow people on the shuttles if they did self check-​in… So we get our tickets at like 10:45. Didn’t arrive to our hotel until 12:57am. 2 hours, and $ 60. A cab would have been the same price, and would have gotten me there in 30 or 40 minutes. Absolutely obscene.
Our driver was incredibly friendly though, some of the best customer service skills of anybody I encountered. She had a really late shift at work, but was kind and pleasant the entire time. She turned the wrong way down a one-​way street into oncoming headlights at one point which was scary, but she was a very kind and professional person.

Following up, SuperShuttle’s super shady customer service replied to my review stating my case had been received and would be handled in the order received.
I would like to update that those words mean absolutely nothing at SuperShuttle. I never received compensation, an update, sorry, not even an F off from their service department. This company will ruin your trip, and leave you stranded, and will continue to dance around the problem for months. Terrible, shameful business operations.

Should have looked at reviews first. Never again. When I booked reservation they failed to tell me that service to my hotel runs only once an hour.
Since Denver airport’s awning is in poor repair I got soaked by a cold rain to get to pickup spot. Then I got blown off by 2 drivers. One of whom told dispatch, «I ain’t takin’ him. That’s out of my way.»
Really makes a customer feel «special». Finally a female employee was the nice one. I told her that the company needs to hire more employees like her.
So if I get sick since I’m wet and standing in the cold for another 35 minutes who do I send my medical bill to? If I weren’t prepaid I would jump in a taxi.

We only arranged for a shuttle because my car check engine light came on the night before. Now, I know some people drive for months with that light on, but I’d waited too long for this vacation and didn’t want to risk missing my flight because my car broke down.
Booking online was easy enough, and I thought 3.5 hours for a domestic flight would be plenty of time.
I was wrong.
So, first, the driver was late picking us up at our place on McCaslin Blvd. Okay, traffic happens, I thought, despite there only being one other passenger in the shuttle when we got in. Once we were in the shuttle, the reason for the lateness became apparent.
From McCaslin Blvd we went east on 36 to a hotel on Church Rd. Okay, fine.
Then, we went back west on 36, past the exit for Northwest Pkwy (remember this) past the exit for McCaslin Rd, where we were picked up. Okay, maybe we’ve got another pick up, I thought, even though we were starting to run even later than we were.
We took the exit for S. Boulder Rd. and took a right at McCaslin Rd, driving right past our apartment, headed back for 36, then onto the Northwest Pkwy.
We had literally just driven in a giant circle! In traffic. And we picked up NO ONE during that time.
Let that sink in: for 30 minutes, we drove in a massive circle FOR NO GOOD REASON!
I feel so bad for that first passenger. By the time we got onto NW Parkway, he had 1 hour until his flight left.
I hope he made it.
Never using this shuttle service again.

A recent trip from DIA to Denver underscored why there is such an opportunity for Über, and why I can’t wait until they complete the rail link from DIA to downtown next year. First, our reservation, made via the website, got messed up. Super Shuttle somehow had us as going TO rather than FROM the airport. Then, we received bad directions as to where to meet the van. Someone did call us and say we had to walk to the west rather than the east side of the airport.
The van was supposed to leave at 520pm. It took over 25 minutes to get everyone loaded for some reason, and then the driver waited another five minutes before leaving. One couple was apoplectic as they were supposed to pick up a rental car near Cherry Cheek by 6; they’d never left Wisconsin apparently (they were going to a wedding) and had no idea how far distances were from the airport, but they were told that the van would leave by 520 and they’d make their appointment.
The next fun thing was that there were six or seven different parties going to locations all over Denver. Effing nuts. Bottom line is that it took over two hours from the time the van arrived until we got to our destination south of Cherry Creek mall. I could have ridden my bicycle there more quickly, and there was no traffic.
What was most irritating was the route the driver followed. Anyone who’s used Google maps knows that while it may pick the shortest distance between points, it is not necessarily the fastest. So, we went block by block down Dahlia for instance, instead of going on Colorado Boulevard where you can go 35 and the lights are synchronized. Any driver who’s driven in Denver for a week, should know the basics. I don’t even live in Denver (Tacoma) and could’ve navigated the streets better.
The driver claimed that «normally» its 45 minutes max from DIA to south of Cherry Creek, and that SuperShuttle didn’t have enough vans this day (October 1^st, if anyone from Super Shuttle reads this review).
Bottom line is: never again. I’ll pay $ 75 for a taxi or $ 50 for Über anytime. The «glass is half full» person would say that for $ 25 apiece, we received a two hour «scenic tour» of Denver.
If you don’t care how much your time is worth, and only care about the money you spend, the bus is quicker and cheaper. With SuperShuttle, you only get aggravation and have to pay more for it.

I easily reserved my ride to the Denver airport online and was even able to include the tip at the same time. The van arrived on time and I received a text letting me know where the van was about an hour before it arrived. I was able to track it online — very cool. The driver was professional and courteous. The van was clean and comfortable. I was the only passenger.
I am very surprised at negative reviews. I was completely satisfied and would use this service again.

I’ve had mixed feelings about Super Shuttle service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for service from the airport to your home. However, you better allow plenty of extra time if you intend to use Super Shuttle for a ride to the airport, and not miss a flight!
I used them twice in the past week, to and from the Denver airport. They were only five minutes late from the schedule pickup time at my home, but I was surprised the driver circled the downtown Denver area at least three times picking up additional passengers. It was a full hour before we finally made our way towards the airport. The van was completely full, one driver plus 10 passengers. The couple in front of me was debating getting off and catching a taxi due to the continued circling around town. Once I arrived at the airport, I had little time to spare passing through security and making my way to the gate.
My partner left the very next morning, had a 3am pickup time with Super Shuttle, and watched as they drove right passed him. He called and was told they were sending another shuttle. After waiting outside from 3am until past 4am, he was then told the second shuttle had broken down. He had to call a taxi to rush him to the airport for a 530 flight! By the time he went through security, rushed to the gate, he had already missed his A group boarding the plane. His experience from the airport to home was fine.
The key with Super Shuttle… fine for the ride home, but don’t trust them if you need to catch a flight, or you better allow one hour for them to make pickups, and another hour just driving to the airport. Plus allow for your normal two hour arrival at the airport prior to your flight.

There are two parts to this review.

Drivers should be professional and courteous.
Initially he was going to refuse our boarding due to a lack of boarding pass. I’m sorry, when I receive a text confirmation of where to meet our driver and are given our rider number, it is not my problem that the driver will get reprimanded for not having said boarding pass. He acted like he was «doing us the favor» of printing out the voucher he needed. Our driver did nothing but complain how he was on his way home when he got the call to do this run, and that he should be sleeping right now. How he was afraid to run out of gas by the end of the run, and how the last time he ran out of gas, he was warned that he would be terminated. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had using a shared shuttle service.
To DIA
This driver was excellent. He was everything that one would expect in the transportation industry. He was helpful with our luggage, friendly, and professional. We only had one more pick up before heading to the airport and noticed the same friendly interactions with the next passenger.
The main reason for the 2-​Star review was due to the first ride. I contacted the Denver SuperShuttle via email on the day of said occurrence, and I have yet to get a response from them.

This SuperShuttle gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had with any SuperShuttle in any city.
I was happy to land in Denver and get a text allowing me to check-​in online! Finally, I don’t have to wait at a counter! Of course, there was a stern warning: Don’t check in until you have your bag from baggage claim or risk getting left! Well, OK – I definitely don’t want to be left at Blucifer International.
I got my bag (carousel 16) and checked in. I was then told to proceed to Door 512, West Terminal, Island 5. So I did. And I waited. And waited.
FORTY-​SIX (46) minutes later, I get a call that I am in the wrong location. I need to be in the East Terminal, door 505, Island 2. «They are waiting on you.»
So this whole time, I was given the wrong directions and added nearly an hour to my trip, just sitting and waiting.
Not cool, SuperShuttle. Not cool. Next time I’m in Denver, I swear I’m just taking Lyft.
P. S. The driver was cool and the ride was fine, but the blue van wasn’t a blue van — it was a black GMC SUV from Execucar (same company). No idea what that was about.

I’m really surprised at the bad reviews! I had a great experience with SuperShuttle. My friend recommended it when I needed a ride to the airport. I actually ended up using them 3 times — 2 times to the airport and once to my friend’s place after my flight was cancelled. I booked both at the airport and online. From Broomfield it was a flat $ 33 (not counting tip). You can easily order the shuttle online, and even add tip online.
Every time they were on time, very nice, and I never felt like the driver was putting us in danger with their driving. The last time I used them going to the airport I didn’t even have a van. It was just another girl and me, so we had a nice car. The vans (and car) are spacious, the driver was good about taking the bags, and everyone else in the van was nice.
I really have no complaints. I would definitely use them again.

Reading previous reviews it appears a lot of low scores were from airport to hotel. Some were just forgetting to check if the hotel offered shuttle service.
I can say I have used the share ride and exec car ride on several occasions. Mostly when roads are ice or snowy, and have to say they have always been early. The one time they ran late was by 10 minutes (which I factored in to my pick up time), and they called me prior to to letting me know they were running late.
If you want a consistent friendly service shuttle ride from home to the airport super shuttle is the enemy to go. Only wish they would add more share ride vans to lower Aurora area. Shuttles are booked/​sold out up to two months in advance forcing me to use exec car ride (little pricier, but still cheaper then other service).

I am sorry that so many people have had bad experiences with SuperShuttle but I have used them several times now, both in the U.S. and in Paris, and find the service to be awesome. My first time was in 2011 and it wasn’t until the end of 2014 that I decided to employ their services again.
My sister and I were staying in Denver for an extended weekend and did not want to rent a car. She had a conference that was within walking distance of our hotel and I made the choice to explore Denver at the end of November on foot. Lucky for me, the weather was beautiful during our 5-​day stay; quite the opposite of the below-​freezing tempers Denver saw just the week prior. Anyway, we had no issues finding where SuperShuttle would pick us up and though we got to LoDo in a roundabout sort of way (the thing is that SuperShuttle can have 10+ people in the van and they drop them off in a I-don’t-know-what-type-of-order), we got there probably within an hour of being on the van and the cost was much less than it would have been if we had taken a cab.
I admit that if you are going back to the airport, having various stops along the way could end up being problematic, as you could end up missing your flight if there are a million stops along the way, all not on the way to the airport. If scheduling is a problem and you are in a time-​crunch, you may consider other means of transportation. Otherwise, if you aren’t married to a strict schedule, SuperShuttle is an easy and affordable option to get you from one point to another.
