I’m really subway fan, this location is my favorite one, it has Chocolate Truffle, raspberry cheese cake, raspberry cheesecake cookies, Frost one slice of pound cake with frozen whipped topping, top with sliced bananas and cup cakes. wow. I love desserts. you will surely like here, just give it a try.

This has been a much better experience than the majority of Subway restaurants I have been to. Granted, if I didn’t have jury duty, I wouldn’t bother to go to this part of town. When they let us out for lunch, holy moly, there must’ve been about 15 people in line. They worked quick and diligent to get to each person. The first person in line also apologized for the wait, which he didn’t even have to. My sub came out the way I always like it and nicely toasted. Hats off to the staff. They did well. If I’m ever wandering around town towards this way, I’ll definitely consider this place!

As far as the food goes, it’s about like any other Subway so no complaints there. My issue is with how SLOW the service is! I work in the neighborhood and there are lots of employees from the courthouse, jail, and other businesses that go there, as well as tourists from the Mint. It seems like during the lunch hour they never have enough staff and the line gets incredibly long, I spend almost half my lunch break waiting for a sandwich! Today I went in and there were only two poor ladies helping a huge line of people, while their manager sat in the back and talked on her cell phone instead of helping customers. I saw 4 or 5 people walk out without ever even placing an order. They need to have 2 people making food and one person on the cash register every weekday during the lunch rush(11:30−1:30). I feel bad for the folks working there, it’s obvious that management just doesn’t care about how the place is run.

Came here for lunch after walking around the US Mint. The food was typical Subway food and tasted good but the speed is VERY slow. They also have all the electrical outlets blocked, so it’s not an ideal place if you’re a student or want to charge your cellphone while you eat.

i don’t normally review chains, because we all know what they are like. franchising leaves little to be surprised about, even with different ownership or management. usually these places are locked up in a corporate mediocrity so tight the manager has a script when addressing employees about changes or new items. this subway, though, might need a re-education session on business and customer service 101. to set the scene: i live close, so i wandered by after visiting the post office this location shares a building with. as i entered, i saw three employees(A, B, and C) and a manager(D). D is verbally dressing down A, B is laughing, and C is gazing awkwardly at the meats in the cold case. D kept incessantly squawking about how the register was missing $ 25 last night and that he «better fess up» and that all the other employees on that shift had paid $ 6.50 to make up for it. also, she kept loudly throwing out actual till amounts and what should have been in the register… which is a huge, huge no-no. «could be an automatic termination! you know that? could be! i could terminate you right now! you need to stop joking with me! why are you joking…» on and on and on and on. said employee A is cracking jokes about the manager in front of her and smarting off about how she must not be intelligent enough to watch the cameras and B is still laughing. C threw together my sandwich. after my butchered loaf of bread and chicken flew out of the toasting oven, A was given the task of dressing it. which he did poorly, while still back-talking the manager and not paying attention to me. he got it about half-right to his credit. the manager kindly took 30 seconds out of kinda-yelling to ring me up and try to up-sell a combo. — - - manager: fire the four people on that shift if you can’t figure out who did it. don’t shriek about it in front of customers incessantly. deal with it behind closed doors. also — it’s subway, you can find new employees fairly quickly. employee: don’t back-talk your boss. not a great way to gain responsibility or move up the ladder.
