2012 was the year Janna co-​founded Subsilio Consulting, llc, with business partner (also tech guru & Global MBA graduate) Denny B. Subsilio is a niche marketing firm focused on brand reputation. Team members of Subsilio are referred to as Reputation Strategists, whose primary focus is creating culture, building, managing and of course, marketing a company’s reputation.

Janna’s mantra, «Branding is strategic. Marketing is tactical, but Reputation is Everything» is how she approaches each and every client.
