Studio 8.18 Engineering

These guys are very professional and willing to be flexible. I have used them twice and would highly recommend them.

After looking for a structural engineer in Denver to assess some cracking in the walls and ceiling of one of our bedrooms, I chose Studio 8.18 and am very glad I did.
The price quoted me over email was very reasonable and in line with what other area engineers were charging. Cody came by and looked over the situation, doing a thorough inspection of the walls and foundation/​crawl space.
He laid our minds to rest that it wasn’t serious and proper grading and rain water diversion were likely our biggest issues. He was very courteous, prompt and professional throughout and charged me less than half of the low end of his estimate as I didn’t need a written report.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
