I offer programs and workouts that are cardiovascular, core and body weight based, which include exercises using your own body and gravity as the resistance device to challenge your strength, endurance and stability. All my workouts include core and stability factors in each exercise as well it is important to incorporate both cardio and resistance exercises for overall strength and endurance of all your muscles (including your heart)
I use a variety of equipment as well including (but not limited too) dumbbells, kettle bells, BOSU balls, medicine balls, cars, resistance bands, battle ropes, body bars and the such. I rarely use machines and almost never use cardio-machines (such as treadmills, spin bikes etc.)
My workouts are challenging and very diverse, each one is different. Taking the best elements from every workout I deliver and bringing it to the next one while bringing in new exercises and ideas to keep the body active, challenged and engaged.
History
Established in 2012.
I created Stonewall Fitness in honor of all the members and allies of the GLBT community who’ve worked hard and found the courage to stand up for themselves and be who they are. It is important that within us all we find our true self and understand that acceptance and honesty within is the most important thing one can have, to gain the confidence in yourself and step forward into the future with your head held high. Regardless of your sexual or gender orientation, you have all the potential within to reach for the stars. Don’t live in fear and certainly don’t be afraid of who you are.

My name is David Smith. My passion is in fitness, exercise and nutrition! I have enjoyed every bit of my journey in learning all about such and strive to use my knowledge not only for myself but more importantly to help inspire my community to live a healthier, active and more fulfilling life. Exercise can have such a strong impact on your life and help excel you to achieve things you never were thought possible, I know because I have experienced and continue to experience this journey first hand. I want to use my experience to help others discover what life truly has in store and help you realize that when you truly want to achieve something, there are no limits. I am currently in my senior year at Metro State studying Exercise Science and Adult Fitness with a minor in Nutrition.
