I am a naturopath doctor and work with blending food, fitness and alternative medicine. I had been top ranked amateur triathlete and then in 2003 I was hit in my car, resulting in a closed head injury, broken knee and nose and several surgeries. 4 years of relearning things and trying to get back to racing I wish I had known Dr Steiner then. Finally back on my feet, no longer able to do triathlons but I found a balance of road and mountain bike riding, hiking and trail running. I felt like I was on my way. In 2007 I was hit on my bike by a kid on roller blades and sustained a concussion(knocked out) and broken arm. 5 weeks later I was hit in my car while waiting to merge and was looking over my shoulder. I experienced more head injury issues, damaged 3 disks in my neck and tore my hip since I was seat belted and twisted, while looking over my shoulder at the oncoming traffic. I went through 3 more surgeries over the next 3 years to deal with these injuries. I was getting back on track with my business and able to cut back on the many hours at doctor’s offices and doing Physical Therapy. In 2013 I had a freak mountain bike accident, went over the top, landed on my head like a pogo stick with the bike attached, broke my back(compressed L2 and L5 and broke the transverse processes off L1, L3 and L4). I damaged both knees and had surgery on them, tore my hamstring(2nd degree) and tweaked both ankles. I am back riding both bikes,(but at a different capacity) and I have had to learn to manage daily pain. It has been a LONG2 years since that accident but I am ALIVE and not paralyzed! On top of all the other hits I have been through a lot and my body had a lot of head issues and trauma patterns. I felt the accumulation of the multiple head injuries and all the doctors wanted to do was try different medications. I worked with supplements and homeopaths and made some progress but needed more. A client recommended Dr Steiner to me and so I checked him out. I have to say I was a little skeptical but I had just heard a presentation at the Brain Injury Conference on the power of biofeedback programming for brain injuries and thought,” what do I have to lose?” I was desperate! Since starting with him in May and doing everything he has recommended for treatment(for my head and various injuries), I am having PAINFREE days in my knees and if I have tenderness a treatment usually resets me and takes it away. I am back riding longer distances and at a faster pace. I am able to do technical, hills, go to the mountains to ride again and I finally have the JOY back riding. I am able to do more days in a row and my exercise hours, per week has doubled! I am not young either(in my late 50’s!) I do not need as much sleep and even when I don’t get enough, I wake refreshed and I am able to process a lot of information. This is a blessing as my job is my brain! Before I started treatment I was not sleeping much at all because my brain never shut off. When I woke I was so exhausted, it felt like I was carrying the weight of the world on my back. I know that if I had not started the treatments I wouldn’t have been able to maintain my schedule these past 4 ½ months between multiple jobs, exercising, managing two homes as well as my business! My attitude has improved, I smile more often, I have noticed the fun energy I always had returning. I am so grateful to Dr Steiner for the work he does and I look forward to the continued improvements. I have HOPE once again. I am getting my life back! C.Smith, Highlands Ranch, CO

This is a new Denver office for Steiner Chiropractic who opened up originally in Castle Rock. We love the Denver office as it close to our house. Same great doctor, same great service! I recommend him to anyone I hear complaining about their back. This location has plenty of parking and easy access.

Dr. Steiner has helped me a lot and I am so grateful for the function I have regained in my creaky, junky joints. I have been going here for over a year and I would highly recommend him for any joint or soft tissue problems. There’s more parking here than he has at his Castle Rock location.
