Coffee was fine but the first time I was here they were a little rushed which was understandable but when they handed me my coffee she slammed it on the counter so hard it splashed up on me. Decided to give this location another try and also felt rushed even though I was the only one in the drive through and when she said have a good day she swiped the window shut so hard I didn’t hear anything passed«have a»… I don’t know, just not great experiences

Service was lacking at this starbucks. And my Iced chai was ok. It’s always nice when you’re greeted when you come in. And something is up with their menu signage. Half of the drinks weren’t put up. I had to ask if they still served one of my favorite drinks because it wasn’t on the menu. Hopefully next time I visit it will be a little better.

Written on my cup this morning«Have an amazing day with your amazing beverage!» Megan What a great way to start my day! All because I ordered the baristas favorite drink. Thanks Megan– I will come to your Starbucks anytime!

I visit this location about once every week(before church). In my experience, this location is a bit smaller than most Starbucks. The wait is usually at least five minutes and the drive thru is about 5 – 10 minutes if you are not the only person in line.

Free coffee on Veterans Day but failed to say thank you for your service which at one time was common to say to a veteran on Veterans Day. Thanks for the free coffee though much appreciated. Heck knows I drank enough of it through my military career and this is a heck of a lot better than what they served while I was in. Thanks again Starbucks for honoring us.

normally I love this location but they clearly can’t make orders correctly during rush hour times. I just drove all the way to the Starbucks on Evans and monaco from Colfax area because I love this location. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream and Splenda. so the person at the window handed me a overflowed cup with a bunch of napkins and was like«so this one is like super filled. good luck with that one» and handed it to me and I was like ok whatever I’ll just wipe it off. so finally the cup is cleaned off while I was driving back towards home, I try it and it tastes like the entire thing is all creamer and watered down. and it was NOT vanilla iced coffee. I’m so pissed. if it wasn’t over flowed and I tried it right away, I would’ve went back in and returned it. but since I was already driving back cleaning it off I was too far away to turn around. extremely disappointed.

Poor service every time I come in this location. Wrong drinks, food cold. Just not one of the better Starbucks locations.

I have been here multiple times and it has only gotten worse. The service has just plummeted. The past couple of times they told me I couldn’t get what I ordered because they were out of the syrup, they did not offer to make it alternative style out of the drink, nor did they even offer an alternative drink. When I finally order something the order is wrong. Just flat out wrong. I ordered a latte and they served me a coffee, when I showed them the receipt they said that it was the latte. Where is the milk then? I tried ordering a frap and they said they had no whip so I couldn’t order the frappuccino. I didn’t want whip cream in my frap anyways. The manager was standing right behind the agent not doing anything. I think the big issue is that their is always new people. I am not even sure if they even hire people or if they just borrow people from other stores. I will not be coming back to this location. They need a lot of help.

Wow! Whoever made my drink today(my usual) Venti Carmel Frappuccino Light, did it perfectly! Instead of putting the Carmel sauce on top so that the lid catches and keeps it all, they put it inside the cup so that I got to taste delicious Carmel sauce while drinking my wonderful frozen coffee! I called to find out the name of the person, but wasn’t clear on who it was. This is regardless my favorite Starbucks, I love their drive through and it’s one of my favorite places to sit and use wifi if I need it. Keep up the good work and thank you!!!

Drive thru, walk in, caffeine fix-a-station. My local joint. Busy, but they get it done.

I’ve yet to dine inside and have only ordered from the drive-thru a handful of times, but this is a really nice location with lots of friendly staff. My drink is always perfect and I always have really nice conversations with the baristas at the drive-thru window. This location is also nicely located next to a Chase bank, a brand-new Wal-Mart, and a Wendy’s. Just watch out for the drive-thru entrance, it’s slightly deceiving. Make sure you turn AFTER the sign. ;)

Dont let the size fool ya. building shared by Chase but plenty of parking everywhere. its clean, bright, spacious and newly furnished. Got most of the basic needs covered. Cozy leather chairs, community table in the middle and high tables. Plenty of outdoor seating too. Only gripe is. not much place to plug in. Only place is on the bar stool and table the size of large pizza. No room for anything after the notebook, phone, key, coffee… just enough for one person. Great reception for Verizon phone. Full 5 bars.

This is my coffee stop on the way to work for when I need one. I usually do the drive through but recently walked in. Very friendly staff. Almost a mom and pop feel. I will be walking in more regularly now.

Regular old Starbucks. Nothing special nothing terrible. I had an empty bag of grounds(Starbucks Brand) that I was taking in for a free small coffee. I asked for medium blend, got dark. Not sure how that didn’t connect or how a person forgets something in less than 5 seconds even after repeating«medium» back to me. Got dark, drank dark, it was a free cup of coffee on the way to work. I’m not going to complain. They’re busy here, and probably going to get busier with other anchor business moving into the area right nearby.

This Starbucks has a drive thru, so that’s a plus. Most of these stores are alike, with only subtle differences due to staff members. My Iced coffee was basically the same as it was at my regular location. No problem, I know exactly what to expect from the leader in mass produced coffee and tea products.

This one is closest to my home, but not my regular stop. Decent service, smallish shop with a large patio area. Sits next to Einsteins Bagels.

First, let me just say that I’m ashamed I’m writing a review of such a chain-y place. I mean, do places like Starbucks or Denny’s or Applebees or Target really need reviews? You sort of know what you’re going to get every time at every location. You can go to a Starbucks in Hawaii(I did) and go to a Starbucks in Denver(I did) and go to a Starbucks in Portland, ME(I have) and it’s all the exact same. But whatever. I’ve been to this Starbucks 3 – 4 times. Whenever I go to work super early I reward myself for actually getting out of bed at a decent time by stopping into the Starbucks for a latte and a scone of some sort. I’ve never had anything but quick & pleasant service here. There was the one time they forgot to make my latte vanilla, but it’s entirely possible they were just subtly suggesting I take off my skirt and get a real drink, but… whatever. Always friendly service, almost always the perfect drink, and the scones are tasty too. But I mean, it’s a Starbucks, that’s what they always have.
