I come into this Starbucks a couple times a week during my walk to work. There are usually only one or two people in line at 7am, so it doesn’t take long to make your way to the cashier. They’re always friendly, which a lot of the time is refreshing seeing as I wouldn’t be in line getting coffee if I wasn’t in a grouch mood. The inside of the store is always clean as well and the staff are more than happy to help if you have any questions. I usually get the White Mocha(or Cold Brew in Summer) and it always tastes the same. That’s one of the pluses of Starbucks, as much as some people rag on them, they have a consistent product.

Kasey is literally the rudest Starbucks employee I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He actually mocks patrons from behind the bar with comments about their appearance and choice of hobbies. For example I happened to ride my hover board in after my morning commute the other day and had to actually listen to him carry on a conversation with another female employee about how stupid those things are and how he makes comments to everyone riding them. When she became uncomfortable and said for him to stop he continued by saying he didn’t care if I heard him cause what I was riding was stupid. This is not the experience I am accustomed to at any Starbucks, but more specifically throne in the building of my business. Starbucks should hold to a much higher standard when hiring. I will never go back to this location. Especially with Daz Bog and Ink so close by. Shame on this management staff for allowing this type of individual to remain employed there.

Google WiFi :-) The store is inside a corporate building and at times the line gets pretty long, kudos to whoever can work for Starbucks as I can tell is not an easy job but hey they get free online college :) While in my humble opinion Starbucks its nothing better then McDonalds They sell coffee with tons of flavored sugar, processed to death, I’m not sure they even use sugar but corn syrup as it is way cheaper… I did see organic milk and they always have alternative milk choices but that don’t always mean it’s healthy for you … I always have zen tea because i’m trying to be smarter than I actually am

Typical Starbucks downtown… I will say though that it is relatively close to my office in case I need either a morning or afternoon pick me up! It’s a larger location and the staff is pretty friendly as well. I dind’t have to wait all that long for my drink but it wasn’t made correctly so they took care of. Then I was all set!

I know it can be a little strange to review a chain, but I feel like this Starbucks deserves a shout out. The staff here is consistently wonderful and they do a great job of managing the morning rush. I go here almost every day for either a morning coffee or afternoon break and no matter what time I go, they are smiling and willing to help. The inside seating is relatively limited, but during the summer months there is plenty of outdoor seating.
