Not up to Starbucks’ standards. The barista was friendly enough, but a bit short with me and didn’t offer a pour over when I asked for dark roast. Only Pike was being brewed. The most unusual part was the state of uncleanliness. The only two open tables had trash on them. Numerous napkins and straw wrappers were on the dirty floor. Trash can was stuffed. If they were swamped I might understand, but there were four employees behind the counter and little business at 5pm on a Friday. Hate to give a bad review, but this gold card member was left with no choice.

They have such of a small slab of land, but do a good job churning you in and out. They could use a few more parking spots, otherwise no complaints.

Hit this place on my way to work, almost daily. Best Starbucks drive thru I’ve experienced. Even with the line is long, they are extremely fast and efficient! Downside is their one entrance. and very small congested parking lot. Can get a little hectic when its busy.

Another S*bux with a weird drive-thru. The staff is friendly, efficient, works quickly and my drinks are always consistent.

I can’t stand this location. After my last visit, the convenience of this Starbucks is no longer worth it for me. The staff used to be quite pleasant but lately I’ve encountered some rude, snotty and short tempered employees. Please don’t take on a job like this knowing your customers expect customized orders fit to their taste. If it’s that annoying to you, at least don’t show it on your face so obviously. It’s hard to believe that asking for extra soy would prompt such a reaction. You’re better off going to the Starbucks across the street in the King Soopers.

Baristas here are really helpful and fast. I think the parking and location are a little congested though.

If I were going to write a review on this Starbucks based on coffee and pastries, it’d probably be a 3(maybe 3.5) star review like most other Starbucks in the world. However, I have only been able to get into this parking lot one time. Unfortunately, that one time was when I was trying to get to the Panera Bread next door. Not kidding… this place is like platform 9 ¾. As in, if you know how to successfully get there, you’re probably a wizard. It’s like the Switzerland of this particular strip mall… completely isolated from all the other great businesses in the 25 yard radius. giant curbs, wrong way and do not enter signs preventing you from traveling in any direction. I spent a little while brewing(no coffee pun intended) up some more good analogies, but I’ll spare ya’ll. Anyways, even if you don’t care about the drive thru(I don’t), you can’t park nearby and walk because there are countless signs prohibiting it. I think that maybe whoever is in charge just needs to accept that not every Starbucks needs a drive thru. If there isn’t space for it, people can park and walk 20 feet to get their dang macchiato. Anyways, won’t be back because I’ve accepted defeat. You win, Starbucks, you win. If I want some coffee, I’ll be driving a couple minutes out of my way to hit up Sparks or Sojourners. They have way better coffee anyway and I like supporting local places. If Starbucks is really your jam, hint: king soopers and target nearby. You know… this sense of freedom is very similar to when I deleted the Flappy Bird game from my iphone. Life is too short to get that frustrated.

Good luck trying to enter the parking lot, and once there, good luck trying to find a place to park. I tried parking in the adjacent lot(where Zanita’s and Firehouse Subs is located), and was intercepted by a parking security guard who told me I had to move my car because the big lot was owned by an alternative company. There’s a Starbucks on every corner so use this one for the drive thru, or just go to another location altogether.

The people working here are really friendly. Getting into the parking lot to go through the drive-through was a pain, though. Once we got to the drive-through, there was a hold up and we waited. And waited. Once the hold-up was removed, cars started moving through quickly. Our drinks were made correctly and given to us with a smile. I’ll come back when I’m in the area.

The parking lot and drive-thru folks are enough to make us not return; I swear it took us four minutes just to enter the lot. Some people REALLY need their coffee, huh? :) Associates were nice and got our orders done reasonably well. _______________________ UPDATE: Came here again, and a barista named Emily tried getting into an argument with me through the drive-thru window. I’ve been ordering the SAMEEXACT drink(dry cappuccino) the same way for well over a decade at this point. She wanted to charge me for the next size up because it was dry… Huh? Her reasoning:(imagine this with more attitude than an entire cheerleading squad) «I’ve worked at Starbucks for a LONG time, and this is how we do it.» I wasn’t about to stoop to her level, but man. And you work in retail? Haha.

This is my «go to» drive thru Starbucks in this part of town. They seem to move the cars through relatively quickly. The staff are friendly and efficient. The drinks taste just fine(Starbucks baseline). No complaints, but nothing really above what you would expect either. Traffic getting in and out from Hampden can be a chore, but at least there is a light.

Great crew, fast & efficient. Inside is on the small side, and drive thru can be problematic on high traffic days due to its tight access. What was once an island within an undeveloped lot is quickly becoming part of a new mixed use development. Let’s hope the traffic situation improves as the new center is built out.

I was only at this Starbucks for maybe a minute, even less thanks to their super efficient drive thru. Barista was perky — perky — get it — coffee and my drink was perfection. I dig.

Love this Starbucks. The drive thru is quite zippy in the mornings and the baristas are really friendly and talkative. The only drawback to this particular store is that the parking lot is teeny tiny, so if you aren’t interested in getting your coffee buzz in the drive thru, you’ll probably have to park across the street to get a space. The staff here is amazing and they make the drinks just right. You know how sometimes you get a caramel macchiato and it’s just right and then other times you get it and it tastes like they used old espresso to make your shot or forgot one pump of vanilla? That doesn’t happen here, it’s just right, all the time. Sarah is the barista I see most often and she is always helpful to me in my most caffeine deprived mornings

If I close my eyes, I can go to almost any Starbucks and have the same coffee and the same experience. Average, but exactly as I wanted(needed) at the time. This one is busy, but service was fast.

this starbucks was teetering between 3 and 4 stars for me, so i’m caving. i love the drive thru! it causes major traffic drama there though. and honestly, as i saw today — it’s definitely faster to walk in and get your coffee than it is to drive thru. the place is big enough that you can hang out with your paper or just chillax for a little bit. i’m a hug fan of their outdoor area!
