I give it 3 star because I love sonic But honestly the wait and service is horrible. Thank god I’m from seattle and we don’t have a sonic so it was worth the wait Even tho its 11pm it took 20 mins for food. Lol… I don’t know why it takes so long. We were also first in line

I agree with the previous review about«consistently terrible service.» I haven’t had a good experience here, and much prefer to go to a different Sonic location nearby. This one is always slow, for starters. On my most recent visit, I got the wrong side with my meal. My meal was the chicken strip meal, which comes with gravy. The gravy was as runny as paint thinner(this isn’t normal. It’s supposed to be thick). There was a hair in my food. They were also out of ketchup. How does a fast food joint run out of ketchup? Bad experience. I did, however, get a refund for my meal, but it certainly doesn’t make it all okay. I’ll be avoiding this location and visiting another in the future.

Just went there to get step large drinks, when we got to the window the guy to busy talking and joking around with the people inside. When he gave us the drinks he gave us a small straw, when we asked him for a large straw he told us they didn’t have any. We sat there and waited for someone to come back to the window we asked them for a large straw and they gave it us. I am very disappointed in Sonic that they would have employees that work for them that lie to your customers. I will never come back to this location ever again. This location does not deserve one star.

Consistently terrible service. Last time we went was on July 4, and when I was ordering the girl said«okay is that all?» Then turned off the speaker before I could answer. I had to go up to the door and went inside. Inside the kitchen was disgusting. I told the girl that I was not done ordering yet and she gave me a weird look and just said«what was on your order». Then after waiting over 20 minutes for a few hotdogs and tots I pushed the button again to see what was going on. The guy answered about five minutes later and when I asked there our food was he replied ‘don’t worry about it, I’ll be right out with it.’ To top it off it was all cold like it had just been sitting there. Manager not reachable, she emailed me back once and I have since never been able to reach her on a shift. Don’t waste your time and money on the crap they’re pushing here. Take the extra drive and go to the one at 104 and Colorado if you need your fix, much better service and good food!

This place is horrible we waited 20 minutes two cars in front of us for our order than when we got to the window we waited 5 minutes than they handed us a shake that was sitting there since we ordered I could see it since we were in line I asked the girl to remake it as it had been sitting there for 20 minutes she shut the window said oh my God. I thank asked to speak to a manager I explained how disappointed I was with the way we were treated and the wait time. He was uninterested said uh huh than when we pulled away you could hear him mocking us– we will not be returning to the sonic and possibly never to any other changes. Horrible customer Service you can get a pizza quicker than we got two slushes and a shake.

This particular Sonic location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have been there a grand total of three times and each visit was exceptionally horrible. My first time there, I was in the drive thru for FORTYFIVEMINUTES. I ordered a slush drink and when I finally got to the window after being in line for thirty minutes, I waited there for another fifteen minutes without so much as even being acknowledged by the male employee on the other side of the window. I finally gave up and left empty handed. The second time, I pulled into a carport and ordered a slush drink. I paid with a credit card and about fifteen minutes later a woman(carhop) finally brought it out. I realized later that night that they charged me THREETIMES for my one item. The charges were reversed after I called and spoke to them but that does not excuse their wrong doing. Then tonight on my third visit there, I pulled up to the drive thru at about 12:30 am. After waiting about ten minutes I honked the horn and a male employee shouted«We’re closed!» This was at 12:40 am and their posted hours state that they are open until 1:00 am. Absolutely ridiculous horrible customer service.

I think most sonics have pretty awful customer service but this is the worst. Always getting orders wrong– finally took time one day to call sonic customer service(wow the customer service line is pathetic– don’t even respond when you talk to them and they don’t care at all what you have to tell them…) they told me the manager of this sonic would be in touch within 48 hours. I then received an email apologizing for the wrong order and to call her –Tabitha(manager?) or email back so she could make things right. Attempts to email back but my emails were ‘undeliverable’ and returned to my inbox. Tried calling no answer– left a voicemail never heard back. Tried calling 8 times maybe within the past 10 days –no answer 2nd voicemail left. Still haven’t heard back. What a pathetic manager and business.

This Sonic has improved very recently. It seems like they have some newer employees that have been trained better and care about their jobs and customer service. I will update this review again if I see more improvements. I am definitely more likely to stop there when my kids need a snack, now.

I have never been to sonic before, so I decided to give it a try. I pulled into one of the carport and press the red button, and it took them two minutes to respond to my button press. After that I ordered my food which came to about $ 13. I have my dog in the car so I was trying to get food quickly, and it took them 15 minutes to get my food. When I did get it I had to get out of my car and meet the guy halfway through the parking lot, where he then rolled his eyes and discussed at me as I grab the food out of his hand. I don’t know if he was expecting a tip for taking so long with my one order food, but I was very disappointed with how long it took and the terrible service.

Very rude drive thru person who takes your order. Then the line, what can be said other than, if you have no where to go and want to waste your time, this is the place to go. You’ll be in line awhile. All around the place is trash. The employees don’t like their jobs therefore they don’t like you. My recommendation, stay far away from this place.

What a terrible, terrible experience. First, I had to repeat my order like three time(as if I’m not loud), than got told a wrong total. They acted kinda annoyed and just told me to pull up to the window(I should have sped away at this point) and they d have my total. I knew it should’ve been around ten dollars. I handed the girl a twenty, and she gave me my receipt with a bunch of salt and ketchup. It was late. I was just going through the motions, and when I got home, realized she never gave me my change back. I called and they seemed aloof on how to handle the situation(count back her drawer). The next day when I called back the manager wasn’t in, then the next day called back. He was suppose to call me back. Never did and that was a week ago. I totally understand making mistakes, but to become indignant to the mistakes is definitely not the best approach. Never got the change back from that twenty… I would make a suggestion but that wouldn’t really matter. Seems you made the decision from the get go…

I’m a fan of Sonic Drive-In’s, but this particular location has been consistently awful for a long time so I had to write a review; 1. They are often incredibly slow at getting orders out, and they get orders out in the wrong order(even in the drive through, we’ve had 4 cars served behind us before we got our 2-item order). 2. Too many times has our food been cooked poorly — corndogs overcooked, cold cheese sticks, etc. I recommend skipping this location and finding the next nearest Sonic.
