They let you split your order so you can try so many different combinations! It was amazing. I was having a hard time deciding what to get when the waiter told me I could split my eggs benedict and get two different kinds on one plate. Oh wait you kind of wanted to try the pineapple pancakes too, we can do that as a substitute for your hashbrowns!!! Deciding has never been so easy. Plus everything I ate was delicious. I honestly wish they had one of these back where I live so I could go every weekend.

Had eggs Benedict 2 ways! Classic and the chile verde benny. both were delicious! The chile verde benne was served on tortillas as opposed to an English muffin, and I couldn’t stop eating both. Long wait but plenty of shops to look around in at the union station connected to it and they page you when your tables ready.

In truth, I don’t know which location I went to… but I don’t think it really matters that much bc their food is phenom. In fact, we went twice over the weekend that I was there. The first time, I had the amazing breakfast pot pie… bc… SAUSAGEGRAVY. So much food. So good. But not that weird gross feeling afterward. The second time, I had the grilled cheese(they offered an upsell of adding ham… I added bacon, do it, you won’t be sorry) and tomato soup. Hearty and amazing. I could seriously live there… and just eat 3 square meals, clog my arteries, and die happy. Sad that I didn’t get to buy a t-shirt, but hoping to get one on my next visit out west.

Their food is SOGOOD! I got the breakfast pot pie with sunny side up egg on top — amazing. I also tried a pineapple upside down pancake. I didn’t even put any syrup on it and it was friggin delicious. And to go with all that, I got a mimosa. I left feeling a little too full but very happy the location is great, I really love being in downtown and they also have a patio! As for the staff, they kind of forgot about us at first but came back and explained what had happened and continued to provide excellent customer service after that! Thank you!

My favorite place in denver to eat pancakes. The pancake of the day is always amazing and creative plus they can make gluten free. The coffee is delicious but my favorite is their latte. Will Come back surely.

This place is madness!!! Thankfully, I was by myself and the bar is first come, first served. Well, in actuality: first grabbed, first served. You have to pay close attention, hover, and pounce when the time is right. Cause no one is paying attention to who was there first and you could easily get out maneuvered by someone else who got there after you. That sucks. Very cute place. Love it. I started off with the pineapple mimosa. This is one of the best things I had ever tasted. This was my last day in Denver, so I didn’t have alot of time to chill, but if I did, I would have ordered a few more of those for sure. I got the pancake flight as my meal. You get three of the listed pancakes for $ 9. A great deal, really. I got strawberry fields, blueberry danish, and sweet potato. My favorite was the sweet potato cause it was the simplest. The strawberry and blueberry were a bit too rich for my taste. I would definitely hit Snooze(ha!) up again if I was in town.

The food was delicious. Very nice selection of options. However, we arrived at 10:00AM, were told there was a 1:30 wait. We agreed to the wait, assuming that we would get in by 11:30 at the latest. But did not get seated until 12:30. If you have the time to wait, no big deal! Tips: –Go as early as you can –Add an extra hour to the wait time they say –Get the food to go

This was an amazing find for brunch before our flight out of town. The restaurant is narrow, but deep with more seating than you would expect. The staff are incredibly happy and friendly and have great suggestions. They also check on you at just the right times; never hovering but you’re never left thirsty. Speaking of thirst, their cold brew iced coffee is smooth and delicious. I like my coffee like I like my black holes: cold, black, and sucking all the light out of the room. This is my favorite iced coffee I’ve gotten at any restaurant or coffee shop. For food, we got the seasonal pancake, and egg and English muffin, their vegetarian soyrizo, and their breakfast burrito. To add some spice to life, I added goat cheese and bacon to my burrito, as well as a local Denver hot sauce called Red Pepper Chipotle pepper sauce from SaSo Pepper Co. Great combination, and that burrito was absolutely to die for. Add in the iced coffee, a blood orange mimosa, and an iced almond milk latte with no whip and you have the brunch of my dreams. 10⁄10 would brunch again.

A group of friends and I were visiting Denver and came in after hearing a glowing recommendation/because we had to check out Union Station anyway. The mythical wait time wasn’t bad(maybe half an hour) since it was a random Thursday morning. Our server was really sweet and attentive. I had the Lower East Sider, which is an infallible combination of alot of my favorite things(lox salmon, toast, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes/capers) and salad. This was some really good smooth salmon, BTW. I also had some of my friend’s hash, and it was agreed that the hash would be much improved with more flavor/crispiness. Snooze is a cute place to brunch, but probably not good enough to ever justify a two hour wait. Friend said her dish was«the best brunch item» she’d ever had though

Snooze totally exceeded my expectations. Even after the hype from friends in town. We put our names down on the wait list and then went out to explore the rest of the station. After about 20 minutes, they texted us to return and we were seated shortly. Our server was attentive and helpful, even going out of her way to find out where the new Snooze location in Texas was going to be. On to the food. I ordered the Snooze Spuds Deluxe. It comes with two of your own filling choices — I chose beef barbacoa and arugula. There’s also the option to add an egg or two on top. It was the BEST brunch dish I have ever ordered. It was nicely complemented by the hot sauce at the table. Hot sauce with a delicious hash… how good can it get? Plus, it was reasonably priced and a sizeable portion. I left one happy, happy girl. I will definitely be frequently the two Snooze locations opening in Austin this upcoming year!!!

When we arrived I had to hear it twice an hour to 90 minutes for a table. We waited and it was worth every minute. Pancake flight of pumpkin, pine apple and blueberry each so different, yet complemented each other. Fav of the three was the pumpkin, with rum and warm creame. The other dish we had was the Benny’s and love the fact that if you can’t decide on one you can do half n half. Prosciutto and chile verde were delightful with flavor. will come again for breakfast the atmosphere is cheerful. Food is close to heaven with flavor in every bite.

My love and I are in Denver this weekend celebrating his best friend’s 30th birthday. SUPER busy 2 hour wait for brunch, but the location in Union Station makes it totally manageable. There are other vendors with food, drinks and a full bar. Open concept and plenty of seating in the general area. Snooze was worth the wait. Seriously delicious breakfast for the whole group. TIP: Not on the menu, but try the«Sinful Stack» of pancakes — nuts, bacon and heaven. Staff from the hostess to our server were absolutely delightful and we felt the love throughout brunch. Grateful we have Snooze locations back in California! Repeat player for sure. Cheers!

In preparation for our trip to Denver, I asked a few friends if they had any recommendations for food and all of them excitedly said that Snooze was a must have. They hyped it up so much, I was afraid it was going to be a let down. It wasn’t. It was amazing! Well, I was mostly excited because they had gluten friendly options – it’s still rare to find places that cater to allergies like that. They can make all of the pancakes gluten friendly. I ate that pineapple upside down pancake and it made me so happy. It was buttery, subtly sweet, and had mini chunks of pineapple tucked into it without interrupting the texture. I also got the chilaquiles benedict, which had soft barbacoa beef over a stack of tortillas(instead of the typical muffin). The ranchero sauce they put on it was on point. The stack of tortillas wasn’t my favorite because it just tastes overly dough-y. It comes with pico de gallo and perfectly poached eggs. The service was great – mind you, we went on a Monday though so it wasn’t crowded at all. I imagine there’s a wait on weekends. Overall, lived up to the hype and definitely a stop worth making!

Loved this place. I’ve been to a Snooze before and I’ve been craving it for a while. My wife and I visited Denver from DC to celebrate my friend’s wedding. This was our first stop. We arrived in Denver at 9 and we went here first. I love the location and how it’s connected to Union Station. The wait was long, so my wife and I just ended up sitting at the bar because I was starving. While we were waiting, we ordered a hot chocolate and a coffee with bourbon(sorry, we can’t remember what it’s called). Anyway, our palates approved and it was probably the best hot chocolate I’ve had. Love the hint of cinnamon and I don’t like cinnamon much. As for our food, I ordered the corned beef which I was a bit hesitant about but it did not disappoint. My wife ordered Snooze Spuds Deluxe which she also loved. She also ordered a Bloody Mary. Now, that was the highlight of our meal. I HATE Bloody Mary’s but oh my. I couldn’t stop drinking it. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. I wish there was a Snooze in DC. Geez.

Diner style breakfast served until 2:30PM daily, with gluten-free options on request. You won’t find many healthy options here except a few, but that’s not why people come here. They come here for the huge portions and reasonable prices. No reservations or call aheads, but we were seated right away. Service was friendly and fast. The organic coffee was pretty watery for my taste, but with almond milk it tasted alright. I had two scrambled eggs with spinach and a large peanut butter cup pancake, for under $ 10. The pancake was just a chocolate chip pancake. When I asked a waitress where the peanut butter was in the pancake, she brought a peanut butter infused maple syrup. Pretty good, but certainly not the best I’ve had. The spinach in my scrambled egg had an odd burnt plastic/rancid taste. The following day, I tried the pancake flight, closing the sweet potato, pineapple upside down and blueberry flavors. The gluten-free pancake batter itself is quite bland and dry, so you really do need all the fillings and toppings. The pineapple pancakes were alright, they really skimped on the anglaise sauce. They also forgot the lemon cream cheese filling in my blueberry pancakes, so all I got was a dry pancake with dried blueberries. The sweet potato pancake was also dry except for the few chunks of soft sweet potato. The candied pecans were a nice touch. Good option inside Union station if you have time(or a hangover) to kill.

Given its ratings, Snooze was easily our first option for breakfast during our short trip in Denver. Despite having 3 locations(correct me if I’m wrong), my boyfriend and I still had to wait an hour for our table. Was it worth the wait? Yes and no. It’s definitely worth doing once, especially if you’re a curious foodie like me. However, it’s not a breakfast place I would frequent to if I was a local. Based on Unilocalers’ recommendations, my boyfriend and I got the pancake flight, breakfast pot pie and a half-order of the french toast. For the pancake flight, we chose the cookie dough special, blueberry danish and pineapple pancakes. It’s hard for me to choose a favorite among the three as they are all deliciously sweet(but not too sweet) and fluffy! If our breakfast pot pie hadn’t came out cool, the entrée would have been a lot better. I can only imagine how delicious this dish would be if it had came out hot, considering how flaky and crispy the pastry is! The most disappointing thing were the hash browns. They’re pretty bland and did not stand out from the others. And the french toast is delicious as well. I normally find french toasts served at restaurants to be too mushy; however, this one had a nice, crispy exterior with a soft, creamy interior. I can see why locals and tourists are raving about this restaurant. Snooze offers a nice selection of your typical, homey breakfast dishes(e.g. pancakes, french toast, egg benedict, etc.) and most importantly, they do it right. Each dish just tastes as if it was homemade from your kitchen.

This place! This is like THE place to go for a brunch. Even on a Friday at lunch time you have to wait 1+ hours. Grab yourself a mimosa or two and take a seat in the beautiful Colorado sunshine(maybe not in the winter). I loved their selection of brunch items. The pancakes were really innovative and delicious. The OMG french toast was seriously actually to die for. I got the breakfast tacos, which to be fair, were not the best breakfast tacos i’ve ever had. The fillings were a bit skimpy and you had to add in your own extras(meat, veggies, etc). But they were still good. The place in general had a great vibe. Friendly, quirky staff and high energy. I can’t wait to visit Denver again!

Been to two other snooze locations and I can easily say this is my favorite. Our waitress Lauren was awesome and gave the best menu explanations and recommendations! The pancake flight is the way to go so you can taste three different pancakes of your choosing. This morning I ordered the gluten free pancake flight with strawberry, sweet potato, and blueberry. All delicious and just the right balance of sweetness. Not cloyingly sweet like some other places. Paired my pancake flight with a pineapple mimosa — so delicious and loved the strawberry slice floating on top! My boyfriend ordered the snooze spuds with Barbacoa and avocado and it was so delicious that I would order it next time over pancakes! He also got a Pilsner which he said paired perfectly with the spuds. Even though we had to wait for an hour it was totally worth it! Given the location, we had plenty to occupy the wait time including visiting the tattered cover book store adjacent and admiring the union station inside and out. We will definitely be returning! Two happy people here :)

We stopped by this great place to have breakfast right after flying into Denver. We had about an hour and twenty five minute wait. The wait was worth it. We ordered the pancake of the day to split with our group. The pancake was made with sausage links in the pancake and topped with a Poblano infused spicy syrup and smoked bacon. The combination of savory and sweet was outstanding. I ordered a Ham Benedict III with a side of hash browns. The hollandaise was excellent and the rest of the dish was delicious. My sister-in-law ordered the breakfast pot pie and it was so good. The sausage gravy over the pot pie was savory with a great Rosemary flavor. My wife ordered the Huevos Rancheros. She was more than happy with her dish. My brother ordered the Chili Verde Benny(pulled pork version of an eggs Benedict). My brother and his wife make frequent visits to Snooze and from our visit I can easily see why. I would recommend this spot as a place to try if you are in the area.
