Oven-Toasted Subs, hand-crafted using generous portions of premium, hand-sliced meats and cheeses. Well known for its homemade bread and giardiniera peppers. The menu features favorites such as the Italian, Prime Rib, French Dip and NY Steak. Snarf’s also offers fresh salads with homemade dressings, rotating soups, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
History
Established in 1997.
Snarf’s began with Jimmy Seidel, nicknamed «Snarf». Snarf, a natural born foodie, perfected the sub sandwich and opened a shop on Pearl st. Boulder, Colorado in 1996. Within the year, the small shack gained recognition from local editorials naming the spot «Best Sandwich» in Boulder. Snarf’s Sandwiches has been gradually expanding across the U.S. with locations in Boulder, Denver, Chicago, St. Louis and Austin.

Snarf” Jimmy Seidel decided to stop looking for the world’s finest sandwich… and set out to create it instead. In 1996, he opened the very first Snarf’s in what’s affectionately referred to as «The Shack». Now, almost two decades later, our family-owned business has grown to nearly 20 restaurants in Colorado, Chicago, St. Louis and Austin, Texas. This location was once a ‘Big Top’ convenience store, and was renovated in 2014 marking the 5th Denver Snarf’s.
