We had the pleasure in working with Samantha for the first time both buying and selling properties, back to back. She went above and beyond for us since we were operating out of town with both sellers and buyers. Quick, efficient, reliable, easy to work with and negotiator when we needed her to be. We would recommend her a would work with her again when the need arises.

From our first meeting with Samantha we were pleasantly surprised by her extensive knowledge, good attitude and tenacity. We are first time home buyers so we have had many questions and Samantha was able to provide answers about home loans, appraisal recommendations, how to tell how old a water heater is (like I said we’re very new at this ha!) she even had advice about plumbing and electrical updates and was great about pointing out any items of concern in each home (aka structural issues etc.). If you’re a first time home buyer or a even seasoned home buyer and are looking for a realtor who will wake up early, work late, truly get to know your «want/​need» list and fully dedicate her services for your positive outcome you need to call Samantha! She was even so understanding when I got a little emotional over being outbid on a favorite home…7:30AM the next morning she had more showings ready to go! Samantha even helped us pick out house colors for a new roof being installed when I was pretty sure I was overthinking it but I knew she really cared as much as I did! Not many realtors would be willing to sit in the yard on a sweltering day contemplating light grey vs dark grey with a client but she did! Can’t recommend her highly enough!
