Ron Roberts – State Farm Insurance Agent

Awful! I would never trust them with something as important as insurance again. Big mistake. First of all, they don’t include windshield replacement or repair in their insurance, as every other company does. So, I paid an extra $ 15 for windshield replacement in case I needed it. After the first six months, they dropped it from my policy without telling me. Then, they sent me three different bills in three different amounts for the same time period. Conveniently each bill was more than the previous. They are disorganized, and have no idea what they are doing. Thank god I didn’t get it any accidents. Who knows if I was even insured? Not to mention the fact that when I went to switch insurance companies, Ron Roberts office had recorded accidents on my record that I never had! To top it off, the people who work there are rude, condescending, and incompetent. Chris and Tracy have no concept of customer service. I have six cars insured with them and they managed to mess up the policies on three of them even after hours on the phone with them trying to fix it! So, if you want to try your luck, you have a 50% chance that they won’t totally mess it up.
