The worst trash company. I left 4 trash bin on the curb and they only took three. They always skip me at least once a month. The worst I ever had!!! Would not recommend!

This is by far the worst trash company in the state. This company is terrible. They suggest recycling is picked up the first full week of the month and on the 3^rd week of the month. They have not picked up our recycling to date.
The calendar on their 1990s website makes it appear they pick up recycling for two full weeks every month. The information they provide you on phone does not match the website and they don’t go by any of them.
They also charged us for recycling, and according to the City of Arvada it appears they may not recycle:
I wouldn’t be surprised if they even recycle what they pick up.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

So far I love this company. My previous trash service suddenly canceled their residential services suddenly and I called this company on Monday. They got me started with their service (Very reasonably priced!) and picked up trash the next day. So far it is great!

Unbelievably disappointed in this service. I have been a good paying customer for three ½ years, always paid my bill. I missed one in the mail, they cancel my service the day of trash pick up, so my trash is sitting at the curb and they will not pick it up until next week after payment. Unbelievable. Thankfully was able to get another service right away who will pick up.

The service is horrible they are not to be counted on every week. If they don’t pick up they don’t refund for that week. They have no explanation of lack of service. When I had a conversation with the girl in the office she screamed at me the entire conversation. When i asked to speak to her supervisor she said she was the supervisor. When i asked to speak to her superior she informed me it was the owner and he does not return phone calls and he does not speak to customers. I cancelled my service and asked for a refund and her response was that will not happen. When I asked her name she refused to give it to me and hung up on me!
Beware they promise a lot up front but they don’t deliver and customer service does not exist! If there was a lower rating that is what they deserve. I am filing a complaint with the BBB
