Rocky Mountain Apparel

We have placed two orders with Rocky Mountain Apparel, both time-​sensitive, and both have resulted in disaster. We had hoped to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first mistake, but it has become infinitely clear that they don’t care about performing a reliable service. Unfortunately, we’re going to lose hundreds of dollars in screen fees switching to another company. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS!
Our first order needed to be done by a certain date, and we were told when we placed the order that they would accommodate it. When we arrived to pick up the order at the predetermined time and date, the printer hadn’t even started — the owner hadn’t told him the printing deadline. Luckily, the printers themselves (who are very kind and helpful) were able to complete our order in a span of only a few hours.
Our second order also needed to be done by a certain date, and when we arrived to pick it up, we were told that the items to be printed on hadn’t even arrived yet. Not only that, but they hadn’t thought to call us and inform us of this!
Do yourself a favor and print with a company that possesses even a shred of responsibility toward their customers.

Questions got immediate responses and they provided quick turnaround for an «emergency» order. Danielle has superb customer service skills. Max took our design and ideas and the end result of our shirts was simply fantastic. I will definitely be using these guys again.

The owner has contacted us after an initial mishap and made things right. It’s appreciated and they once again earned our business.

As a small nonprofit organization, El Sistema Colorado, providing music education to low income students in local schools, we needed a good value and some help and advice. Jay and Rocky Mountain Apparel could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.
