Rich Lyon – State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife and I have been with this agency almost 3 years now, and I have got to say, of all the insurance agencies we have dealt with over the years, this one has to be the best of the bunch.
They know you by name here, your not just a nameless, faceless payment as you are at so many agencies. The owner Rich and the agents Joe and Ginger are more than helpful, return phone calls promptly and take care of any changes or requests quickly. They make sure before you hang up or leave the office that all requests, problems or changes are taken care of right then. Plus they follow up when they need to and just don’t leave you hanging.
When we changed to this agency, they also saved us a boat load of money on both our house and car insurance. My wife now has her life insurance policy here as well.
If we continue to get the kind of customer service and savings we do here, my wife and I will be customers for life!
