I went to this RadioShack expecting a mediocre retail experience, and I left pleasantly surprised. I simply wanted to buy a precision screwdriver set, but Justin exceeded my expectations by offering to guide me through taking apart my cell phone. His personable and knowledgeable behavior made this my favorite RadioShack experience. Thank you Justin!

Employees must get paid nothing at Radio Shack. That could be one reason they are heartless. I pinched a nerve in my back and just left the emergency room. Standing and walking is incredibly painful. I left my phone charger at the emergency room. I went to radio shack to get a replacement. I ask the clerk if I could sit on the stool behind the desk for a minute to help with the pain. He said it was against store policy. Unable to stand I laid on the floor to escape the pain. The clerks never asked if I needed medical assistance. I asked if I could charge my] phone so I could call an Über or a taxi. I This is while I lay on the ground. Again it was against store policy. Luckily I found a bike taxi outside that got me home. No wonder RS is bankrupt financial and morally

Worst shopping experience ever at a radioshack. Kirsten, The store manager, was extremely rude to me, and snapped at me several times while trying to purchase a prepaid phone. As she proceeded to ring up the phone, I witnessed another employee, a male, virtually yelling at another customer who was trying to buy a media adapter. He literally was yelling at the guy, in a tone you should never speak to a customer in, about something the guy was simply curious about. After watching this insanity go on for almost 5 minutes, Kirsten started snapping at me, and telling me I needed to give her a phone number to set up my phone. I explained to her I didn’t have a phone number which is why I was buying a prepaid phone. She gave me a murderous stare and told me she can’t help me. I stormed out of the store, went across to the restaurant me and my girlfriend had been eating at, and told her she should go into the store because I had an incling there may have been some gender discrimination going on here. When my girlfriend entered the store, kirsten was more than happy and obliged to accomodate her in a very friendly manner. My girlfriend asked her why she was so rude to me, and she told my girlfriend that I stormed out for no reason. We re-entered the store, and I explained that I believed that there was gender discrimination going on here, not to mention other terrible customer service issues(boxes for items they didn’t even have in stock, out on display), kirsten proceeded to tell me she was REFUSINGUSSERVICE. She did not give a reason why and when we asked for her employee number, she wrote her name down with no employee number. When we asked a second time, she regretfully wrote it down. I will never go to a radioshack again because of this terrible experience. If radioshack corporate can’t ensure there’s quality management in their stores, then I will refuse to be a customer, and I sure as heck won’t shop at a store that excercises gender discrimination, an issue I have only first experienced here at this store.

Its a Good Radio Shack and the Ease of it being on the 16th St Mall is even better. For being a Small Location its well stocked with just about everything you need. And the prices aren’t bad. Something is always on sell. In this case it was scoring an 8GB Memory Card when i went in for something else. The Employees are Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful.

Best RadioShack there is. I don’t actually shop at RadioShack that much but the employees there are usually rude but they all seem to be nice at this location so that’s a plus.

I was contacted by the store manager and he did replace my charger cable so I am adding a star.

I’m sorry to see that another Unilocaler had a poor experience at this store. I called several RadioShacks looking for a specific pair of earphones. One store couldn’t be bothered to check their inventory(ahem, S. Broadway, I“m talking about YOU) even when I asked about the specific brand and model. I got a «huh? what brand?» which told me the person had no clue about their inventory. But that’s a different store. When I called THIS store, Destiny recognized the brand and model and checked inventory. Because who wants to trek to a store for a specific thing to find out it’s not there? Not me. But, she assured me that this store had what I wanted in stock. Parking is a bit of a pain, but do i really need to tell anyone that? I suppose I’ll include it for new-to-Denver people and tourists.(located between California and Walton). I was greeted immediately. I walked in thinking I wanted the Klipsch brand(online reviews) which run about $ 100. Daniel helped me pick a pair of earphones that were compatible with the iPhone. He steered me toward the Skull Candy brand, for about half the price! Seriously. Any retail store that helps me save money is aces in my book. I also purchased the extra warranty, which covers you for a year. I’m hard on my earphones, so $ 8 seemed like a cheap deal for coverage.

Thank you Donavon for keeping Radio Shacks track record of having the creepiest most socially awkward sales staff alive and running strong! I decided to visit this location hoping to find out the price for something. At once I was greeted with some excuse as to why it was out of stock which transformed into a strange quasi authoritativeness about why he was unable to give me an estimated price or idea of when the item would be in stock. I should have just waited to get home an look online.

I don’t know if I had ever been in here before, but I was on a mission yesterday to find a camera. I stepped in, after I struck out at Wolf Camera next door. When we walked in to Radio Shack, the first thing that hits you is that godawful smell. What IS that?! It was a mixture of what I imagine fumunda cheese and onions cooking, would smell like. Once you get used to it, you notice what a dump the place is. Seriously, I walked out. It was a mess. There was no kind of rhyme or reason for the way things were«put away.»

The staff is friendly, but their selection sucks. Went in looking for several items, of which they had none of them. Fast and friendly service, but no product.

We went in to purchase a memory card for our digital camera and I have to say that this was one of the best retail experiences in like FOREVER! The staff was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Now, if we could get more people like this to train the rest of the retail world, I would maybe, MAYBE, go back into a mall.
