Went in for a procedure. Wanted to self-pay. After several minutes of making calls, they finally quoted me a price. I agreed to it. I asked twice whether there would be any other bills, and they confirmed that there would not be. Of course, I then get a bill. This pretty much happens every time I am there. I find the service spotty, the billing department inept and the standard of care generally lacking. This will be the last time I obtain treatment at this place.
