I loved working with this company. They made ordering as easy as possible and the quality of the product is the best out there, seriously, get samples from them and see. My order arrived more than on time. They said the product lasts 6 – 12 months on your phone but I had one on my phone for over a year and it still looked/​worked great. Everyone I gave the sticky cleaners to thought they were the coolest things they’d ever seen! This company is doing it right!

Having worked with this company for quite some time, I’ve always found their quality to be outstanding, and the sales department is very professional in how well they helped create the type of product we need. Very prompt in supplying the information needed to create the product we desire, and they produced the items ahead of schedule!
We’ve used their screen wipes in a number of trade shows, and they are always a big hit and very popular with the attendees. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

I called them 2 weeks before a major convention about getting branded screens. We were cutting it real close. Several calls go back and forth, They sold me on rush order but I would have to not get the custom card inserts. I agreed if they could have them on time before I left. Two days before leaving I’m hounding them down for an update. I get a call back that instead of Friday when I needed them it would be «possibly Monday» This was the day before my conference ended. i asked him to get back to me with a better answer. NO CALLS back. I fly out Saturday. I leave a message of the hotel address at minimum I’ll have them at hotel for 1 day. NOTHING, no delivery, no call back. I get a call on Tuesday from my office that the package arrived at my office. Wednesday I call again, Thursday again, I email and again NEVER a return call. It’s not about issues coming up its about how you handle them. I don’t value being ignored and they charged me $ 50 for a rush order that wasn’t rushed! I got screens without custom cards due to the rush. I told them up front that if it couldn’t’ be on time I’d rather wait and order after and get custom cards. I feel sold and dumped.
