History

Established in 2013.

Pride of Place Properties is ‘the’ distinctive company to represent your luxury or residential property for sale. I’ve lived up and down the Front Range of Colorado since 1988 and am familiar with most areas between Colorado Springs and Longmont, and Denver to Golden.

I also help people who need to list their properties due to probate situations and seniors who want to «right-​size» their homes.

Buyers, you have my ear as well. Tell me about your dream home or desired community and I will work to find it for you, particularly if you’re looking for a home with some room — a place where you can implement your permaculture plans, install an orchard, food forest, or raised beds to increase the self-​sufficiency of your lot.

Aside from my real estate credentials, I also have a degree in Political Science/​Public Administration with emphasis in International Relations. Additionally, I’m certified in Emergency Management & Planning and am a Veteran of Foreign Wars due to my service in the US Army where I specialized Blood Banking as a Medical Laboratory Technician.

My history demonstrates that I am all about helping others.
