Ordered in the beginning of September. Was told in October, measurements would be taken. No one ever came for measurements so I called them. They said they tried calling us and we never answered so they measured from the outside. Not once did I have a voicemail from them. Finally got the guys number to set up installation. We set up a date, which ended up being a conflict with my work schedule so I told him we would have to reschedule. He said he’d contact me the following week, even though I contacted him on a Monday or Tuesday. Weeks later no call, nothing scheduled. Now mid November, I call again and they tell me my windows just came in. No, I know they have been in for weeks now. He also claimed I’ve rescheduled multiple times. No, one time. I gave notice. There is no costumer service. They do not care about customer satisfaction! I would never recommend this company to anyone, regardless of the quality of the product. At the point I’m fed up. Update — The windows were ordered to have grids and of course they didn’t. Now we have to set up another time for them to come because they have to order more. Unbelievable. Update January 5th — No sign of replacement windows or window stickers promised upon installation that I need for the rebate from Mr insurance company. No response to my calls. I got a call for a survey a month or more ago, I told them everything that went wrong and still nothing. This is about to go to BBB Update January 4th — still no corrected windows or my window stickers. No return calls when i leave a voice mail. This company continues to have no customer service!

I received 2 consecutive calls from a listed, yet unknown to me, phone number. Both calls had no respond as I said hello, yet. Could hear someone on the line. I called the number back and a representative answered as precision siding and windows. As I asked about the two calls, he began to get very rude and started a sales pitch. I said if this is a sales call, why did you call me twice and not answer and then hang up. He just started his pitch again so, I asked to be removed from his list. He started just giving his pitch louder. I asked if he heard what I said. He responded very rude sounding with, «yeah you want me to take you off the list because you got your feelings hurt» and hung up. If that’s how they treat people looking for new business I don’t want to know how they treat you once your a customer! Stay away from this company!

As I just cancelled an order of windows, this review is for the staff & management at Precision. I got a call within minutes of requesting information, the regional manager stopped by my place the next day and showed me hands-on why certain windows and types of glass are better than others, and he came BACK a few days later to sign a contract/place the order. Every step of the way, everyone I spoke to was friendly, straight-forward, and honest. I cancelled the order because I was rushing into the remodel project too much and needed to see the whole picture. Even the cancellation call was easy! No pressure! I have no doubt their windows are fantastic, and they felt and moved great. If you want great customer service along with a solid product, contact this company.
