Wish I could give no stars. I was so prepared to buy this great Maxi I saw on the Instagram account and I’ve been following them for awhile, so excited to shop here, but received the worst treatment of my life. I walked in and all the sales girls were sitting in chairs didn’t even acknowledge me. One girl was talking about getting her daddy’s credit card. I’m just really disappointed that somewhere I was looking forward to regularly shopping at treated me like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman on Rodeo Drive.

Shopped here for the first time Jan 26^th and spent $ 187.00. Had such a great experience, friendly staff and very accommodating.
Came back 5 days later and purchased $ 80 worth of accessories. Actually 1 necklace (which I thought was a little over priced but wanted to support my neighborhood boutique) The staff was great again. I even referred the buyer the to my friend that owns a well known clothing company out of CA where I’m from. I wanted this store to continue to do well since its in walking distance from my home.
Went in today Feb 17^th to exchange a couple tops that didn’t fit well. Wasn’t looking for my money back. She said I couldn’t return or exchange because it has been more than 10 days. She didn’t care that I just spent over $ 200 in less than a week.
I said you have the same tops still on the rack so what’s the big deal. I would understand if I was trying to exchange a sweater in July!
She didn’t care.
Last time I go into that store. Such a bummer!

NO RETURNS! This store won’t take items back even if they were purchased same day, in the same bag, with the receipt. I found a dress at another store for a special occasion that I loved. Pinks wouldn’t take a dress that I bought 3 hours ago, back. I ended up returning the dress I loved and being stuck with a dress I now hate because of the experience. I expect this type of policy from cheap stores, not a store I’ve been loyal to for 2 years, making purchase at least once a month. I won’t be going back. Inspyre carries a lot of the same brands, and they offer a full refund policy because they want their customers to be satisfied. I’ll spend my money there.

I like this little shop. If Free People and Top Shop had a tiny shop baby, it would be Pinks. Everything is ridiculously affordable, and I’ve never had anyone say, «Oh, did you get that at… or, I have that same…» However, be warned: there is no return policy, only an exchange one. So, don’t buy a gift here unless you are 120% sure it is the perfect thing. And, while it’s darling that the sales girls think everyone should dress like they are 22, it’s up to you to know better.

Such a diverse and fun clothing boutique! They also boast an extremely friendly & helpful staff! I came in with a specific need but quickly got distracted… I was also happily surprised with their reasonable prices. I will be returning soon and often!

My favorite boutique! I try to go in at least once a month; I don’t always end up buying every time I go there, but they always have great new clothes.
I only really go for the shirts, (casual & work shirts), I love their summer dresses, and also love their comfy/​casual loungewear. You really can’t beat the price for the unique & quality items you get here.

I’m clearly not the target audience but my trip to Pinks was a little weird.
So I went in knowing I was going to buy a gift and that she would probably want to return it. Great, because of the holidays they have a longer exchange period– January 4^th (one month). That’s longer than usual?
Ok, fine. She really likes this store and the clothes are cute. Much more reasonably priced than I had guessed. So thumbs up on the options.
The staff was a little, how can I put this?, pushy. I had 3 different people showing me things, I never got the chance to actually look around, it was a little terrifying. Having worked retail, let me give you a hint, don’t scare the customer. Let them browse and occasionally make a suggestion, give them a second to look. I honestly just picked two things they suggested and got out as fast as I could.
Its a small store with a hyper staff so if you get claustrophobic it isn’t recommended but go on a week day, maybe after some sleepy time tea and you’ll find something cute.

This is my new favorite store. I’m pretty sure that this will be one of the only places that I plan on shopping from now on. I love how the clothes look and how different they are. Each item comes in 3 sizes with just two items per size. This will ensure that you will not look like anyone else here in Denver. The ladies that work here are extremely willing to help you pick out an outfit and I enjoy this, because they choose things that you would have never chosen to begin with.

I finally was able to step in and look around. Small but very cute. I am not quite ready to shop for sweaters yet but I will be back. Some really cute necklaces too. And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Love this store and fantastic customer service! The girls just know what will look good on you and they make sure you actually enjoy the shopping experience. You can tell that they love what they do and all the items in the store are adorable! Better yet… they are all under $ 100!

Knocked off one of my many bookmarks and ventured out to Pinks after work on Monday. Shopping on Monday will make it feel like Friday — I love that.
Pinks is located right on University in the middle of a strip mall, a lot of little fun places around that given extra time I will be back to try.
As a walked in, in jeans and a casual top, I sometimes can feel out of place in boutique type places. I did not get that at all at Pinks. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. I was so happy to see all the options. The racks are filled with blouses, tops, dresses, skirts, and even some accessories. It took me quite some time to review all the racks, I found one top that really spoke to me. It was a net type fabric that definitely needed a cami underneath and when I said I wanted to try it on the woman immediately grabbed a cami for me to try it on with, that was a nice touch. She also asked for my name, and as I approached the dressing room I noticed my name on a white board on the door. I really liked that, it was a wonderful personal touch.
Talking with this woman helping me telling her it was my first time and that I found them on Unilocal,she proceeded to tell me about the store. Here’s what I know, they have a woman in LA. that buys for the store and they get new pieces every day of the week. Once they sell out of a style or particular item they never restock the item. There is always new and fresh items coming in and you are pretty much guaranteed no one is wearing the exact same thing as you. It’s a great feeling to know that you won’t see 50 people with the same top.
Quality, variety and customer service are top notch here. I will being coming back frequently to check out new arrivals, I recommend you do as well.

I absolutely love this boutique. They carry a variety of amazing brands. I love the vibe of the store that its super comfy, everything is great for layering, and the items are all just wonderfully picked !! My only complaint is they do not always have my size in denim. But i am kind of tiny for my age, so i just have to adjust.
But either way, the staff are lovely, the store is simplistic, and organized, and in a great location.

It’s true, this place is a great find! Coming from Orange County California, I’m truly missing the fashion trends, but finding this gem, made me feel as if I’m back in style!
One of a kind items straight from Los Angeles, who can beat that in Denver! Prices range from $ 25 and up. Ladies worth going to get an outfit and not worrying someone else is wearing the same thing (per everyone shopping at Forever XXI, Love Cuulture, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Nordys and having a daymare of twins with your outfit) Trust me when I say you’ll find one of a kind pieces.
Welcoming, helpful, beautiful and friendly customer service. Will shop here all the time!!! I hope they open a bigger store soon!!! Support a store who has style!

Ok, so clearly I don’t shop at Pinks… well maybe not so clearly to some.
I will vouch for my friend who lives out of town and EVERYTIME she visits me (2 – 3 times a year) we have to make a stop here.
Now, I do work in the world of retail and I do know good service and it is always delivered here!

I went here looking for a dress not knowing what to expect. When I walked in I was wearing an old (vintage) t-​shirt and jeans after I had got off work, not lookin all to dapper, plus it was hot (90 degree) so kinda sweaty. Just walkin in I thought that the cute little boutique girls were going to «Pretty Woman» my derrière, telling me that this place wasn’t for girls like me but I got the exact opposite. They were all very nice. The sales girls offered me suggestions on dress that would fit my occasion. Let me try on the one dress I kinda liked.
On this occasion I did not find anything for the occasion I was going to but found multiple other dresses that would be great for weddings or day dresses, for reasonable prices. Dresses here are around $ 35.00 bucks.
They have other clothes also some jeans, a few skirts and shirt. They wanted about $ 25 bucks for a shirt which is a little high but they were nice shirts.
I will definitely go back when I have another occasion where I need a cute dress.

This boutique was a pleasant surprise! After some window shopping, I stepped in expecting high prices and semi-​fashionable clothes. What I found was very reasonably priced clothes, great sales, really cute jewelry, and very helpful sales assistants.
Clothing consists mostly of tops, pants, jeans, coats, and dresses. Trendy but wearable outfits too. The sales associate gently offered some suggestions which I found helpful without being pushy. I found 2 cute tops that I can wear both casually and to work for $ 58. For a boutique I think this is pretty fabulous!
Though the shop is small there is a good variety of styles and colors. While dressing room space is limited (only 2 stalls) I was able to use the bathroom to try clothes on. And I got a really cute bag to take my stuff home in. I will definitely be back!

This store is the best of the best — SUPER cute clothes for ridiculously affordable prices. I was worried that it would be crazy expensive because of it’s boutique storefront in the Bonnie Brae area, however my credit card and I were pleasantly surprised!
Though it’s a small store they always have new clothes in, and a phenom selection of jewelry. It’s kind of a classy, comfortable, funky style all wrapped up into a cute li’l pink package.
I’m pretty picky with what I wear, but last time I went in I told the sales girl the occasion I was shopping for, and she picked out a bunch of items that were exactly spot on. They give you an honest opinion, which I value more than someone sucking up to me just to make a sale.
Heck, I even shrunk my roommate’s fave shirt from here, and though they didn’t have a replacement she steamed it out for me and it was good as new!
